How do I fill the bottle??

The top screws off quite easily. Use a small funnel (home made?) You may find that it is difficult to take the top off the perfume bottle that you want to use. I had to use a knife to gently prise the top off.

Can you remove the nozzle from this bottle and pour the perfume inside?

Yes but my one would'nt pump the liquid up through the nozzle so I classified it as junk and binned it

Can you heat it up to dry ink on it?

I would suggest using a hair drier. I have no idea how high a temperature the glass could take.
