The back piece cracked straight through on the first use. Installed it perfectly, there's no reason it should have failed like that. I don't recommend this product at all. It was nice to look at, but that's the extent of it's usefulness.

Screws are a little long, but it does the job. that s the reason for the 4 stars.

This product is garbage. The bolt holes on the first one I received were misaligned, enough so that I had to return it. The next one I received, the bolt holes were too narrow for the bolts, and once you manage to get them through, they stick out the other side about 1/4", which obviously interferes with the engine mount. On top of that, the countersunk holes for the nuts are too small, so they also protrude from the back. The wood scuffs easily and shows usage quickly. Absolute garbage!!! How can they drill holes for either side independently in the first place, and then not check to make sure they align properly! This is such a simple product design, but they have managed to ruin it in every way conceivable. I wish this manufacturer would try to install this once themselves so see what garbage it is!!! Avoid at all costs!

Screws are way too long - i guess designer has never put a motor on a rail. I opened the package after my time to return so i tried to recess the holes and use shorter screws, but in the process i drilled it bit too deep and rendered it useless. Lesson learned to check the product once it arrived - but it never even crossed my mind.
