Zumba Fitness Incredible Results Deluxe DVD System

Even though I love Zumba, I am bitterly disappointed that I tried to contact their official website - which allegedly WAS the 3rd party seller for my purchase -, to no avail.That being said, I have just tried out the Incredible Results Deluxe kit and absolutely love it (quality/value of the product). However, I did not like their customer's service at all. Out of the 8 DVD's (Zumba Max, Core Craze, 30 min burn+ Amazing Abs, Step it up, Super Cardio Dance Party + Quick Start and 20 min Express, 2 Zumba Step discs), there is a duplicate of the same workout (Zumba Step - they are identical in content). I then tried to do some research earlier today and found out that the disc missing from the kit is GLUTE PURSUIT.It would only be fair for the company to exchange the extra copy of the Zumba step for the Glute Pursuit one that is missing... That's basic customer care!I can't understand why Zumba's website was less than helpful and unwilling to provide a solution for their mistake.By the way, now that I have been reading the reviews left here, other people had pointed out the same kind of problem that happened to me.Unfortunately, Zumba seems to be ignoring the customer and not doing anything to fix the confusion with orders, which goes to show that it's a messy, sloppy, careless customer service they provide, unlike their quality and fun workouts.It's a shame that I had to give Incredible results a bad review to try and call Zumba's team attention, since I had no success trying to reach them.UPDATE: Zumba customer service is now blaming Amazon, saying that it is the 3rd party re seller's fault for the mix-up DVD's. I wonder if any of the two parties involved - Zumba and/or Amazon - will ever make it up to me. Let this be a warning to all customers for the lack of support from both companies.

Loving every minute of it! I am not exactly 20 years old so I prefer to do my silly looking version of Zumba at home. It is an awesome workout. I already had the Max not realizing that the MAX is if cats THE max.. so now I have the whole set and can start from the beginning. I truly enjoy the music and the process. It is a fun way of dancing away the energy (or gaining energy actually!) without looking silly in front of others and having fun at my own pace. I find I start dancing before the actual program starts (each DVD has the usual warning of copyright that you have to wait through)... but I already start. I recommend this for all ages since you do it at your own pace. I now started the the little step and I must tell you, you will feel muscles you never realized you had. If the fire burns my house down, this is what I am grabbing after my hubby!

Love, love, love!!!! Did I say love??? So much fun! I had worked out to the Exhilerate for the previous 5 months before starting these. I love that these have a Abs dvd and already seeing a difference. The results are amazing...I’ve lost 52 lbs in 5 months doing just these videos daily. Don’t feel as though I’ve been deprived at all being I’ve had so much fun doing this for exercise. I’m glad I started with the Exhilarate...helped me learn the steps although these all have learning steps at the beginning of dvd. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this purchase!

I like the overall set; however, the 30 Minute Burn + Amazing Abs dvd...the menu does not work and I cannot play the abs section, even if I say Play All. Disappointed because I really wanted the ab section with Beto and I can't find anywhere on the site where I can just return and replace the one DVD. I have not tried them all yet, but really wanted that dvd.

Rider is of good quality. DVDs are great. Zumba is the way to go for weightloss. I did two half hour sessions each day for a month. Can see big results in my legs. Definitely feel the burn after the first few times! Fun change for an exercise routine.

Got all the DVDs listed. I feel like an idiot dancing but I get my cardio in. The moves are complicated at first but fake it till you make it

I just got my Zumba order and was so excited. Except for the fact that I have 2 dvds if the same work out. I received 2 of the core craze and 2 of the Zumba step. Other then that I am happy.

El paquete estaba programado para llegar el día de mañana 20 de noviembre y lo acabo de recibir el día de hoy.... Entrega exprés y todo venia muy bien sellado y protegido, ya estoy viendo los videos y están padrísimos... El Raizer genial (amo hacer step, y ahora con zumba lo amaré más).Lo único que puedo lamentar es el hecho de no haber recibido la "tone bag"

Lo compré porque me encanta hacer zumba y este es una muy buena opción para aprender movimientos nuevos, el rizor es bastante útil y el paquete trae todo lo que dice que incluye.

Esta bastante bien porque lo puedes poner en español puedes hacer cardio, glúteos etc... el step que viene adjunto es un poco grande pero esta bastante bien se fija al suelo y no se desliza.
