Needed a big tasla for frying large quantities of masala ingredients for things like Rasam/ Sambar/ Idli chilly powder & things like Rice flour /Sooji etc. & this is ideal. It's really big & allows for large portions at one time.Preheat/ cook only on low flame as recommended. Takes a while to heat up but works really fast once it's hot, so you need to watch the ingredients to keep them from burning/ turning black. I'm using it only for dry frying & it's doing well.
