Thank you for your enquiry. Sikadamp 610 pads are available in size 1000mmx300mmx2mm thick. In a typical car, there is a main body and panels are fixed on the body. These panels are Doors (4 Nos -2 Full sheet), Engine Bonnet (1 No. 1/2 Sheet) and Tail Gate (1 Nos.1/2 Sheet), RH and LH Fender (2 Nos -1 full sheet) Quarter panel RH and LH (2Nos. 1 Full Sheet) Engine Fire Wall and Flooring (2 Nos. 2 Full Sheet). Floor of Stepney (1 No. 1/2 Sheet)  Total 7.5 sheets.  These are generally applied on unsupported area (Central part) of panel which is more prone to vibrations. Hope this answers your querry. Can I use it in between brick walls?

Please note that Sikadamp 610 is suitable for metallic surfaces. Apart from the Automotive and Transportation industry, They used on Generator Set Hood (Covers) to reduce noise levels of the Power Generator engine sets. For your brick walls, We have product called Sikaboom a sprayable rigid PU Foam. This is being used primarily on Drywall construction. You could also improve sound and thermal insulation by introducing an air gap between the brick walls during construction. Please consult your civil /structural engineer for constructing such walls as they are to be anchored with the main wall.

How many sheets do i need to cover the floor and roof area of maruti eeco.  Is it to be pasted whole surface or pasted in patches

The Sikadamp 610 Sound-deadening pad is to be used on the unsupported part of a panel. For example, a door panel of car will require 1/2 sheet to be pasted at a central portion of door skin from inside. Door skin edges are joined to an inner panel but the central part is not supported due to a windowpane and its actuating mechanism. This unsupported area vibrates when to run the vehicle and emanates noise. By pasting hi-density pad it stiffens the panel and vibrations gets reduced leading to a reduction in noise.

Is it a butyl based, aluminium on top dampening sheet ?  And what is the weight per sheet for dimension as i understand 1000mmx300mmx2mm ?

Sika Damp 610 is non-curing (Remains pliable) and lightweight (Specific Gravity (ASTM D1475/Pycnometer -1.53 g/mp).  It is self-adhesive composite Mastic sheet with Aluminium Foil on the top.
