I was sceptical at the beginning because I never believed in energy pills but after several days I truly notice an improvement. I have more energy during the day, more steady, same level all afternoon. Not like after coffee you jumping from low to super high and big drop again. You can really feel the difference.I also must mention the packaging. It’s looks so nice and it’s brilliant idea to keep tablets in separate sleeves. I can carry them always with me. So convenient.

I absolutely love this stuff. Gives me a nice focused energy boost that lasts for hours. The fact that L theanine is in there too which does exactly what is advertised. It takes the edge off of caffeine and instead of a spike and crash in energy like a preworkout, this gives me energy and increases my concentration. Perfect for studying! I usually take one about half hour before I start studying in the morning and then second one midday before the first one wears off. Note: I sometimes take 2 capsules at a time to get a stronger espresso/red bull like boost (this one is without jitter which takes the uncomfortable anxiety part away). But keep in mind, it will not wake you up if you haven't had enough sleep.
