I have a Medium sized head and this fits more like an XL. I imagine every hat will fit a bit differently though. Also a very strong plastic off-gassing smell, so open it up and let it vent immediately before you need to actually wear it (assuming the smell will go away). Similar smell to cigarettes as another reviewer mentioned. Overall, works great for the price and will work for the costume, would buy again.

This hat works as intended, which is a novelty hat. However, it has such a distinct smoke smell, it's unwearable. It smells like a smoker blew into the bag before packaging

Fit and looks great, and reasonable price. Simple, bright yellow. Perfect for picking up couple at airport. Should be fun - they won't see it until I get out to help them with their bags.
