I was very impressed with this rug. Normally cheap rugs feel cheap and rough, almost like outdoor carpet, this is really soft underfoot and the colors are so vibrant and beautiful. I did not notice any offensive odors, and I'm very sensitive to smells, it also flattened out nicely after a few days. I did notice that the rug is not as thick as some higher end rugs but, it's not a higher end rug. So, for the price, I thought the quality was very good.

This rug is amaaaaaazing. Especially for the price. I previously had a rug that was cute to some people, but it was not my style, and the pattern became stressful to look at overtime when coming home from school. I never used the space because the energy was too "buzzed" from the bold pattern, cramped look and warm colors. I was tired of wasting the space so I took a gamble. I told myself that if I could sell my old rug for a fair price, I'd use the money to buy a new one. IM SO GLAD I DID! What is most important to me is the color. I wanted something cool colored before, but I was never able to find something that I liked. Hence, I settled for something else that stressed me out.Just so you'll understand where I'm coming from, I want to share that I'm in dental school and live on campus. So I am in this "live together, work together" environment with my class, and we are under constant high stress. We take our boards after our first year of school, so that means the work load is doubly.... BIG (for lack of another word). So I thought it'd really be helpful and convenient if I could study at home. I quickly got irritated with my old rug with its bold, warm, slightly childish decor. Thankfully, it was an easy sale. Anyway, our apartments are constructed with these small study areas. So I I got the largest (maybe it was the 2nd largest) rug size and got it cut and bound to fit the size of my study and entryway... And oooooh my goodness! I couldn't be happier with my choice! The rug was affordable, it fit my needs perfectly, and now when I open my front door, I am filled with peace instead of more stress. I know this may sound petty, but adjusting to this level of pressure and academic responsibility has not been easy for me to adjust to, and little things can make a world of difference in stress management. This happened to be an important key to me.With that said, it is a good quality rug. Much better than the one I replaced. It does have a little "squish" for your toes to enjoy. In fact, I just laid on it for an hour when I first bought it :). Like others have said, there is no weird chemical smell, and it flattened out within an hour. The color doesn't look 100% as bright as in the photo, and up close you can see "pixels". But they are very small and as soon as you stand up, you forget about it because it's so lovely. I actually like the 90% brightness of the rug and it photographs well also. I like my rug's unique character. If you compare the before and after, you can see the mature, soothing effect it has had on the space. It even appears bigger. And I like the calm feeling of peace of mind when I come home. The rug arrived with several long and deep creases and was very stubborn to flatten, I ended up wetting it and leaving it outside on a patio to dry and flatten. Luckily, it arrived on a hot & windy 90 degree summer day so I could do that and dry it quickly. I love the color and feel. It's on the thinner side, not a heavy rug. Colors are just like pictured. Unique rugs are hard to find, especially on a budget! I ordered this rug for several reasons, 1) The size is perfect for any living area. 2) I wanted to add a pop of color to my living room, but I didn't want it to be overbearing or obnoxious. This design was perfect.I ordered my rug and the next day I received a very kind email from the vendor explaining the process and when I should be expecting my rug. It was reassuring and for the first time in my online-shopping experience, I felt like a customer, not just a shipping address. It was likely some default message, but I appreciated the extra effort put forth.Now to the rug! It's not only beautiful, but very soft. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it laid out right out of the packaging. (In the photo, I had done nothing to flatten the rug out other than unrolling it)The pattern is not exactly as pictured, which is what I expected. Looking at the photos others have posted, they all seem to have a unique washed design.

Best rug ever!!!! My dog won't get off of it it's so soft. It has a little more light blue than pix but is so nice. And company sends super sweet email about adopting one of their rugs, to which I wrote back a thank you and they responded!!! All around one of best buys on Amazon!!!

Obsessed with this rug!!!! It's gorgeous! I searched for a navy blue rug forever and ended up picking this because the price was right! It has just the right amount of navy blue in it too. You won't be disappointed!

I am obsessed with this rug, it is absolutely beautiful. It was inexpensive however the quality is excellent and the colors are rich and vibrant. I want this rug in every room of my house. It looks exactly like the add, I would buy from this company again. I appreciated that it was rolled properly and packaged in a box for shipment. When I received it all I had to do was roll it out. It had no creases, bumps, pulls or anything, it was perfect. I have purchased many rugs from other sellers and I have received them folded crazy, with creases and they were a pain to get them to settle properly. This was not an issue with this rug. Great company, quality, and price.
