Great hand pruner
These are very easy to use! The handle is very comfortable, and the mechanism sort of swivels, with a very smooth action. And of course it has the usual sharp Fiskars blades. It cuts branches up to about 3/4th of an inch. I mislaid mine, and was so upset I bought another one! Then I found the first one, so now I have two, and I can cut with both hands if I need to. (The first one was outside in the weather for a couple of weeks until I found it, but it still works smoothly. The orange handle is a little faded, but that's all the damage I can see.)

Best Pruners Ever!
Now what I’m gonna tell you I used these for is going to be surprising but just know that I used them for an entire week and squeezed them over 75-100 times each night. Worked like a charm. We used them to cut Christmas light strands out of trees we decorated (we do it commercially) and needed something that was going to be sharp and not hurt our hands doing it over and over. The way one side of the grip pivots when you squeeze, TOTALLY saves your hand. Highly recommend

Incredible
I inherited a yard with an enormous amount of pruning to do and after one day of hard work with my old standard hand pruners my wrist and hand were killing me. I decided to invest in a better pair rather than risk expensive medical intervention later on. Fiskars is a name I trust so I went with these despite other cheaper options calling my name. I knew they had the powergear but was not expecting the inner handle to "roll" inwards. What a life saver for my carpal tunnel. I never considered how much strain the motion itself of closing pruners caused. I thought it was the level of force itself paired with a repetitive motion that had caused my wrist to flare up. I had a long weekend right after receiving these and spent 90% of it out in my yard chopping away, and I woke up on day 3 with just a little soreness that faded quickly once I had moved my wrist around a bit and loosened up. But I think the amount of pruning I had done would have made even a normal person sore, so I was elated at how well these work! I'm disappointed to see there is no left handed version, as I would have sent my mom a pair immediately. I even checked their official site. Please consider adding this option, Fiskars! My only complaint is that after one season they seem to have a slight gumminess at the lock point. I'm not sure if it's something between the blades a little further inside or if it's in the lock switch itself, but I have to squeeze them a bit hard to get them to unlock sometimes. It looks like they may come apart for cleaning with an Allen wrench but I haven't had a chance to give it a go. Fingers crossed that this is a fixable problem and not a tool I will have to replace so soon.

HARD PASS
I bought this Fiskar pruners based on reputation and past experience with some of their products. Key words “past reputation “. However this not inexpensive product is not worth the money. The gimmicky handle rotation on compression actually makes it more difficult to hold and control and I see absolutely no improvement over a standard handle closure design. There is no extra cutting power at all and with the rotating handle it slips in your hand therefore actually making it dangerous! Because of this slipping and rotation you are very likely to get blisters just as I did, even with gloves. Next and probably most important for a shears is that after the first use pruning branches no more 1/4-1/2 inches thick ( they specifically 3/4 inch cut capacity) the cutting blade is out of alignment, bent, and folded over in multiple places, blade no longer straight and won’t even cut cleanly. Did I mention that this was the first and only time I’ve used it. At this point I am completely disappointed and annoyed and this will likely be the last time I trust or rely on a Fiskars product. PS: Been months and still no reply from Fiskars. Amazon hasn’t posted the review either. Unbiased hmm?

Love these clippers!
This is my second pair of these Fiskar's Clippers. The first pair lasted 20 years until I dropped them on the concrete and they busted. This pair appears to be just as durable and hopefully they will last just as long as my original ones. The ratcheting handle does take a little getting used to, but doesn't bother me at all

Highly recommend
Unique handle grip is comfortable and very user-friendly. I was surprised that I did not have to exert excessive force to cut through small branches and pithy shrubs. This is a simple case of “you get what you pay for.” I already feel confident that these clippers are built to last and will get me through several seasons.

Comfortable and sharp (at first) Not Felco.
I've used Felco 6's for years, but I developed an ulnar nerve impingement that makes my hand cramp after a hard day of gardening so I went looking for something ergonomically better. Felco makes pruners with rolling handles, but I thought to try something less expensive, and the reviews for these were good. I like the feel of the shears, a good size for my small-to-medium hand, and the rolling handle is easy to get used to. But after a couple of sessions trimming hollies that had been bent and burnt by winter snow, the blade is already nicked and gnarly. So now they're harder to use. Shucks.

Fiskars are worth the money - Awesome
Great product, received quickly and as advertised. Fiskars have the best gear. I've had my old garden cutters for over 15 years, they still work, but it was time to get a new one.

High quality
They are well made and finished and are easy to use requiring less force than normal. You could say that, compared to standard secateurs, they're a cut above.

Recomendo a Fiskars P552!

Fab pair of cutters for horti use
Weird geared design seriously makes for easy cutting. Uses so much less strength to snip off plant stems. Worth the extra spend especially if using it a lot, or hand doesn't have as much strength
