Leupold Scope Cover Perfect Fit VX5HD
Nice scope cover. Seems durable but time will tell. Purpose for the review is to provide detail on sizing. I ordered the XXL and it just fit the Leupold VX5HD 3X15X44. I couldn’t find specific fitment information for this scope. It’s a tight fit, more like snug and I expect it to stretch out a bit over time. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Fits My Scope Well
I have a Leupold VX-Freedom 1.5-4x20 on my Henry X-Model 45-70; which this small Leupold neoprene cover fits well. The scope did not come w/a cover or caps, so I needed something. I think at nearly $22 it's a little pricey, but I guess that's the cost of buying the cover with the name Leupold on it. I have purchased more generic scope covers in the past for less. I have not had the cover for very long, so I cannot attest to its durability yet. If the cover ages well, I may come back an adjust my rating accordingly.

Great scope cover
I was very worried about finding the right scope cover for my VX-R Patrol 1.25 4x20mm. However, after looking at outlaw164 review that he had the same scope and it is true that its hard to find a scope cover that is between a small and a medium. This scope cover fits like a dream. It covers it completely and it has just a small wiggle room. The material is very soft and it is elastic. I love that the logo Leupold is showing on both sides. I measured the cover and flat on the table its about 11in. I stretched the cover and it went about 13in.It fits this scope perfect.

Good quality product, but a little bit expensive
If you buy this, you of course has bought a leupold scope, probably the VX series. The scope came with a rubber scope cap out of the box, so you don't necessary have to have this scope cover in order to protect your scope. Compare to the rubber scope cap, these will protect scratches on the tube as well as on the lens. I think these should come with the scope from the factory instead of the rubber scope cap. An extra $20 is a little bit greedy. Then again, a hat with leupold logo costs $20+. At the end of the day, you are paying money to advertise for leupold.
