For the price, it was perfect! Easy to put together as well as adjusting the face cradle! I also like how the arms rest nicely on the cushion for the client.

I have to say that this massage chair is pretty good for the price! It was easy to set up and it is sturdy and pretty comfortable (as far as massage chairs go). I'd recommend this chair if you aren't going to be using it all the time because I am not sure how well it will hold up on a daily basis. But, for what I used it for it was great

The portable massage chair was easy to assemble. It was comfortable for the client to sit in and soft and looked nice. I recommend this as an option for a chair massage table or a tattoo chair.

The post and cradle was missing upon receipt of the chair. The replacement face cradle post and face rest was shipped and received within a few days! 😃 CONS: You may need to do some additional calibration on how the face cradle post fits into the the rest of the body of the chair! Securing the face cradle post was difficult! I had to put tape around the post in order to stabilize it in the chair. Perhaps making the face cradle post a little larger which can enable the post to FIT securely! This can be problematic for the client with their face in the face cradle and the face cradle moving! Also hinges should be not loose! Which could cause a safety concern for the client! PROS: for the price point the chair was adequate! It was easy to set up and tear down. Also the weight for transporting a chair was good! The cushions were a good firmness! Overall inadequate chair if you're not using it everyday for multiple clients!

Amazed at the quality and level of making a task easy. T folds up nicely in the bag that is provided, bag could be a little bit bigger. Overall hey have thought it through with the simplicity.

Arrived later than expected and had to pay more to return. Can't even get fast shipping money back. Quite the scam here. Not even sturdy and not even good quality here. Not worth the time and money.
