Tone Fitness SDKC2S-TN030 Kettlebell Body Trainer Set with DVD

Great weight set. I docked a point because I chose to get the set that came with a DVD, thinking it would be an exercise video that would have some simple, introductory (full) exercises. Sadly it’s about 10 mins long just showing you a couple reps of a few exercises you can do on your own. That was apparently worth $10 more than just getting the kettlebells. What a waste. I wouldn’t have spent $2 on it. I recommend the kettlebells but save yourself $10 and just look up some exercises on YouTube.

These kettlebells look much different from the product photo on Amazon. The kettlebells are actually gray and have colored accents on the handles and around the logo "Tone Fitness." The actual colors are not pictured anywhere in the manufacturer description or stock photos. Rather than orange, lime green and fuschia, the handles are pink, blue and purple. This detail obviously doesn't affect the functionality of the set, but it is discouraging when the seller doesn't accurately portray their product. These weights are not what I expected based off the photos listed. Additionally, the 5 lb. Weight arrived damaged-cracked plastic on the handle. Hassle to return it without paying for UPS pickup. Oh well. Each weighted come individually packaged in its own box, with bubblewrap around the weight, itself. There are suggested workouts and corresponding diagrams of proper form included with each weight. This set includes a 5, 10, and 15 lb. Kettlebell.

After a season with a personal trainer and lots of kettle bell use, decided to bring a set home. Honestly, the color was a factor here - the bright colors are, yes, attractive - but they also become sort of a mental trigger for which bell weighs what....maybe it's the sweat talking, but somehow it helps in this household. The grips are big enough for the biggest hand, but with enough grip and lots of stability for a smaller hand. The fact that they are coated means an occasional clunk on the floor doesn't seem to worrisome. The price point was also a very big selling feature. Highly recommend.

I wish I would have received what I purchased. Also why is it impossible to contact anyone about this sort of issue. I do not want to have to pack up the entire order and go to a UPS drop off. I just want my missing item sent to me! I am really annoyed right now. This should be a really simple problem to resolve! As for the products themselves they seem well made. It doesn't come with an exercise chart as they stated in the description.

I started using these about 2 weeks ago. I do Insanity every 3 months (2 months for the program 3 months off) and during my “off” time I got pregnant! So even tho they say you can maintain your workout I don’t think Insanity is exactly pregnancy friendly with all the jumping so I got these to add weight to my regular workouts and make them a little more intense. I’m very pleased with the purchase and am looking for heavier sets so hubby can lift with me! The colors also catch my 1 yr old interest! She likes working out with mommy (especially sit-up kisses!) I would like my children to stay fit so as she gets older and sees mommy and daddy doing stuff hopefully they’ll stay active and healthy also!

I was given dirty used weights.

I got these to start a kettle bell work out and they are perfect for my needs. The shipping was hella slow so do make sure to get the two day shipping and opt out of the take your time credit. The arrived 20 days after purchase but work well so they get 5 stars.

I use these kettelbells in my workouts, and even though there were some negative reviews, I went ahead and bought them and I am glad I did. They are cute, spunky, and I love using them! It is fantastic that they come with a DVD on their use. I put them on the hearth next to the fireplace, and they look terrific there. You won't be sorry!! They are great!!

I think the kettlebells are ok, they are a great shape and work well. I like the variance in weight available. What I found disappointing is when I opened the package to the kettlebells. They were not packaged correctly. They are somewhat scratched and dirty. The dvd is cracked and broken. I'd like the company to send me a new dvd as I can clean off the kettlebells however all I can do it return the kettlebells to receive a whole new package. Not cool.

Alright ladies. If the gorgeous colours aren't the prettiest combo EVER, the shape and design are really worth it. The DVD and sheet of exercise descriptions are a bit disappointing, but you can find inspiration online or make up your own exercises. Musicians who need to keep their arms and shoulders pain free would benefit from this great little set. And anyone who needs to pick up kids frequently knows how the kids seem to get HEAVIER every day!

They are fine only complaint is that the packaging came all busted up and filthy. I had to clean them off as they had a layer of dirt on them and they came with a work out DVD that was loose in the box and scratched I can’t play it.

the bells look great in my room. the handles are really nice and don't cause blisters

The plastic casing is a little cheap and I’m afraid that if I accidentally drop them they may break or crack in time.

Video is instructive only but it was a good learning tool, ended up getting the Jillian Michaels DVD shred it with weights to use them with. They are great.

Great product. It looks exactly like the picture and they get the job done. The different weight options are fantastic!!! Not too light and not too heavy!

they're good, they came in as described, abit slippery on the handles, but nothing like adding on your own grip tape for the slip feel. Overall, great.
