I always buy these in bulk here because the expiration date is always great. And these are a great way to keep your immune system boosted going into cold and flu season. I take them daily per my rheumatoid doctors instructions to help keep my immune system up due to medication issues. It's very helpful and easy on your stomach. Happy shopping yall.
