A friend shared a simple salad dressing recipe that was a game changer for me. I don't like anything especially thick/creamy and store bought vinaigrettes weren't doing it for me. Simply mixing this wild mushroom and sage oil with lemon balsamic vinegar makes such an earthy, perfect dressing for my salads! I don't ever measure it.... I'd say it's probably a 1:1 ratio. Give it a try!I'm sure it's great for cooking, but I haven't gone there yet.

The oil came frozen almost solid. A call to Saratoga Olive Oil on line sales answered the question of "is it OK to just thaw and use. Seems to be. I love this product.

Bottle came with a broken label and it was leaking and can not return it or get my money refunded
Was looking forward to trying this product but with it open and leaking in box it is not safe to use.
