My first ever iPhone arrived the very next after ordering, even though I was given a further 4 days for delivery. It was beautifully and protectively packed and on opening it, I could not tell it apart from a new iPhone. It's just terrific! Looks gorgeous in white and all everything about it functions like new with not even a mark or scratch anywhere. Love the fact it's a 128gb with lots more memory than my 64gb phone. Would highly recommend this buyer for anyone looking to buy a refurbished iPhone and save some money!!

The phone arrived within 2 days. Very happy with it looks practically brand-new and not a single issue with it....so far I can't complain as it does what it's supposed to do. The best thing ..was I saved over £250 had i bought it from a phone store.

I bought this phone as a present for my teenage daughter. It arrived packaged niceline in a Gradmobile box which is similar to the iphone box. To say it is a refurbished phone, it was in great condition. No scratches visible to us. My daughter started using the phone this week, so it is a bit soon to tell how lasting the battery life is in the long term. However, as of this moment, it seems to work well and stay charged for nearly the whole day. The service from Grademobile has been really efficient and thorough. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a refured phone that is good value for money.

Don’t buy phone off here when they go wrong they make up all sorts of crap so they don’t fix repair or refund you a big rip off stay away and save your money you may as well go to cash generator I will close my account with amazon over this disgusting

This was the first time I’ve bought a used phone and I was a tad apprehensive about whether I was doing the right thing. I needn’t have worried the phone arrived a day earlier than expected and the phone was in excellent condition and works perfectly and it was a really good value buy which I am really pleased with.

Excellent condition iPhone, as described. Everything is working with no issues. Battery is 89% which is fine and delivery was swift. We even got a memory upgrade which was a wonderful surprise. After care not needed yet thankfully so can’t comment on that but as the title says, so far so good.

The phone appears neat with no visible scratches and love it except that the microphone seems faulty and hardly can both caller and receiver hear each other. It works well with earpiece but unfortunately, I’m not used to using earpiece/earbuds when making calls except listening to music.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal ein gebrauchtes Handy bestellt und war zunächst unsicher. Das Gerät ist für mein Kind gedacht und sollte einfache Funktionen haben. Nach drei Tagen intensiven Testens kann ich sagen: Es funktioniert einwandfrei und sieht aus wie neu! Nur das Ladekabel ist nicht original, aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung für den Verkäufer!

Il giudizio complessivo tiene conto delle qualità del prodotto e dell'esperienza di acquisto di un prodotto usato. Non mi dilungherò troppo sulle qualità telefono, penso che siano già ben conosciute a tutti. E' un prodotto Apple di fine 2018, ma è ancora un validissimo telefono. E' costruito con la cura tipica di un Iphone e dal funzionamento sempre impeccabile, senza mai un problema, con un'esperienza d'uso ottima. Fa belle foto con la stabilizzazione ottica e registra video 4K. Sarà aggiornato da Apple ancora per diversi anni a venire ed ogni volta lo troverete migliorato. Ho scelto di acquistare un "Ricondizionato" con l'opzione "come nuovo", risparmiando circa 170 € dal prezzo di listino del nuovo. Il risparmio non è clamoroso, ma è anche vero che i prodotti Apple sono quelli che mantengono maggiormente il loro valore nel tempo. Il prodotto beneficia della garanzia Amazon Renewed, pertanto potrà essere rimborsato o sostituito per un anno e questo fatto rende l'acquisto estremamente sicuro, anche in caso di ripensamento. Il telefono che ho ricevuto appare effettivamente in ottime condizioni, presenta dei piccolissimi segni visibili solo in controluce, ma davvero minimi, ed è perfettamente pulito. La batteria ha un'efficienza del 100%. Il telefono è arrivato in una scatola non originale (poco male) con caricabatteria e cavo. Unica pecca che posso segnalare il fatto che il venditore ha ritardato alcuni giorni la consegna rispetto alla data inizialmente indicata, ma devo dire anche che nel pacco ho trovato anche una custodia ed un vetro di protezione in omaggio. Cosa rispondo alla domanda: Sei soddisfatto dell’acquisto ??? Ebbene si !!!! Devo dire che alla fine sono davvero soddisfatto, seppur usato ho un Iphone che funziona molto bene ad un prezzo che è circa la metà degli ultimi modelli.

Il prodotto esteticamente è perfetto. Peccato però che abbiano messo una batteria pessima , commerciale e di pessima qualità . Sì scarica nell’ arco di poche ore anche usandolo pochissimo . Veramente un peccato

avevo poca fiducia nei prodotti rigenerati , ma mi sono dovuto ricredere. mi è arrivato in confezione anonima , ma dentro c'era un iphone praticamente nuovo , non sono riuscito a trovare un minimo segno di usura . va benissimo , fa foto meravigliose , perfetto. Spero che duri nel tempo , per non dover riprendere questa recensione . D'ora in poi valuterò sempre la possibilità di acquistare oggetti rigenerati , grazie alla fiducia nella garanzia Amazon , vado tranquillo . Dopo una decina di giorni mi accorgo che nonostante abbia chiesto il pagamento in cinque rate , mi è stato detratto l’intero importo. Per ora niente di grave ,sentirò l’assistenza poi farò sapere. L’iPhone continua ad andare bene. e purtroppo dopo aver contattato l'assistenza AMAZON (sempre perfetta in cortesia e competenza) , ho ricevuto la notizia che la finanziaria non ha tenuto conto del fatto che mi avevano già esposto il programma di rientro con tanto di date e importo , quindi senza neanche avvisarmi con una mail ,semplicemente non hanno fatto la rateizzazione. Fidatevi solo dei pagamenti rateali di AMAZON e diffidate dai partner .Vorrei togliere qualche stella perchè anche AMAZON dovrebbe vigilare su queste agenzie.
