Steeping it for a good amount of time was the key for me. Can cause a little cramping at first. Appear to reduce in effectiveness the more you use it. May Lose normal bile function is used to much.

This tea has a much better flavor than a lot of other senna teas I have tried. It also gives you much relief the next day for occasional constipation
