The cover doesn't stay intact and in place if you hold it. Overall product is good.
If you're looking for files that are rigid, this is not the one for you. The cover is pretty flexible. The quality of the product is good though.

I returned the product because it was not as I expected as the file is not good to keep in standing position and it found some quality issues with the internal clip.

Not great quality. The packing was poor so 2 files arrived broken. Even the quality looks flimsy. Not worth the money.The plastic clip in the file is very cheap quality. This product should be removed from Amazon listing.

I'll rate them a value for money, despite all the negative comments I went ahead and bought these and so far they're very satisfactory and unlike other heavy ring binders these are easy to work with.Every file has a folder as promised and rings are good. Overall good purchase at the price I brought ie @280Pretty decent and one can consider it for easy use.
