I initially bought one unit to grow a single plant. but I was so satisfied with its performance that I ended up purchasing three more over the span of a week to fill out my 4x4 grow tent. I absolutely love this grow light. It has top of the line diodes, great heat dissipation, and couldn't be more perfect from seedling growth (the dimmer is quite valuable) through early and mid vegetative stages. If only growing one plant it may be quite capable for flowering stages as well although I start using a bigger light in this stage of growth. The price tag is very agreeable as well considering the array of much more expensive grow lights on the market. Your girls will reward you for your months long efforts.

So far my favorite light of all my grow lights. I really like the fact I can dim the lights to a reasonable power without having to raise and lower my setup. The light is strong enough for most of anything I'll be growing, but also capable of being toned down for delicate seedlings. Other companies seem to spend their time worried about packaging, which is like putting lipstick on a Pig. You can dress it up, but it's still a pig. Thank you Spider Farmer for putting out a quality product. Only thing I would suggest, is the company really needs to put more effort into making sure both sides of the aluminum board is smoothed down. Mine has bad scar marks from production that should have been smoothed out before it moved on thru production.

Great light for starters. No noise and no heat, beautiful.

I bought this to keep my tropical plants happy this winter and also one or two hanging plants. Well, the results are astounding so far. All of my plants are thriving and those that had already lost all of their leaves for winter have now come back to life with new growth and are flowering. It's 20 degrees here this morning or I would go out and make a video, but when it warms up, I will try and post it.

These Spider Farmer lights are powerful and evenly light the entire grow space. The Samsung LM301H EVO diodes are incredibly efficient, and the dimming control lets you fine-tune the brightness for seedlings, veg, or bloom. They run cool, have excellent penetration, and the build quality feels premium. Perfect fit for a 2×4 tent—plants responded immediately with stronger growth and better color. One of the best grow light sets in this range.

These are fantastic lights for the price. They do cost a little more than most, but they are worth it. The key is the Samsung 301H LEDs. Do not mistake these for the cheaper Samsung 301B LEDs used in less expensive grow lights. Noted from Samsung: The LM301H EVO has an efficacy of up to 3.10 μmol/J, whereas the LM301B has an efficacy of up to 2.92 μmol/J. This means that the LM301H EVO can produce more light output per watt of energy consumed, which can result in significant energy savings and increased overall performance. I have a 4x4 tent but only use have of it. Having two 12x12s instead of a single 2x4 actually provides more coverage a light distribution and the ability to adjust heights individually to compensate for variance in height of the plants below them. Also having multiple lights in the event one goes bad, you still have light until a replacement arrives avoiding total darkness for 2 days. Some may say these lights get hot. I don't think so, but I correct this by having a small PC fan blowing across the underside of the lights and my exhaust is above them. The canopy of my plants are about 12" from the lights, but some of my buds are just about 9" for the lights with no problem from burning. My plants are loving them.
