Seems to be very sturdy and tough. When first arrived was missing the hitch. I made a complaint and was assured it will be shipped. Arrived today and is exactly what I ordered and I am very satisfied with the product and customer service. And yes I would buy again and recommend this product.

15 minute install, everything lined up perfect, no issues. Only complaint and it’s kinda no biggie the packaging was not great. Would recommend, great price shipped quickly!!

Not really that complicated to install once you realize that the manufacturers packed the incorrect screw lengths in the box. For one of the install pieces, you needed 4 screws of the same length. They had 2 of one length and 2 of another. I had to hacksaw two of the screws to fit but it worked. The unit itself is very sturdy so from that perspective I am very pleased. I also purchased a separate Gorilla four wheeled cart which had the reversible pull handle (GOR6PS model ) so I can use the golf cart for yard work. The two work perfectly together although directional backing is impossible. Always go forward.

Only put the hitch on when ready to use . Makes alot of nosie when driving. Easy solution

Had to modify pre drilled holes to install bar to cart. Turned an easy15 minute install into a 2 hour job. Manufacture should allow tolerance to compensate for their inaccurate measures. Very frustrating...

I had predrilled holes in the foot plate on my cart. The grab bar bracket holes matched up with the foot plate holes so installation was easy. The hitch bracket attaches to the grab bar. Holes are predrilled so installation is easy.

Bolted up, had to widen the hole on the platform for the receiver to mount. After it has been fine, looks great and so far seems sturdy enough

Ok . . . so here’s the reason why I’m only giving it 3 stars overall. Their quality control is horrible. The mounting brackets where the threaded holes are wasn’t welded onto the grab bar straight. So in turn that threw the mounting holes off about 3/8”. What should have been a 20 minute install turned into almost 2 hours of cursing and laying on the ground. Eventually I made it work by reaming the holes on my rear seat assembly and finally getting the bolts to grab! Overall value is ok because it came with a trailer hitch too. I see now why their grab bar/trailer hitch package is so much cheaper than others. The attention to detail just isn’t there. If your on a tight budget then by all means buy one, if money is no object then my advice is look elsewhere. This is just my honest opinion. Take it how you will.
