Tree Tribe Stainless Steel Water Bottle - Insulated, Indestructible, Eco Friendly

These water bottles are amazing! I ordered 2-one for me and one for my husband when we go out for a walk, a short ride somewhere, we run errands, etc. He's taking both of them to work with him during the day. We love them. They are truly insulated and great quality. I bought these to start replacing my old water bottles (Sigg) that are aluminum with these stainless steel bottles. I was really impressed by the values of the company and how they give back to the Earth along with the great quality they provide with this product and customer service. I also unintentionally came across how insulated and great these bottles are when I had a few ice cubes and some water leftover (not a full bottle-in a 72 degree home) in one of the bottles the other night. I left it out all night without the lid on (I typically get up frequently during the night and sometimes like to have a sip of water). I didn't drink any water during that night but I grabbed it when I got up the next morning to wash it and fill it up for the day to send off with my husband. I was stunned that the ice cubes had melted but the water was ice cold-this was after 8 hours (give or take) sitting out without a lid on. Really impressed. Also, I ran errands the other day and really liked the fact that I returned to a hot car with a bottle full of cold water (my Sigg bottles would have been warm or hot depending on the day). I can't say enough good things about the bottles and it's been less than a week since receiving them in the mail. Thanks Tree Tribe! P.S. We would love to see a bigger size for this bottle <3

I bought this because I needed a stainless steel bottle that was easier to tote around. So I definitely approve of the handle. I was given a Yeti for Christmas, my first stainless steel cup, and I fell in love. Mainly because my water never gets warm, and living in FL that is hard to accomplish. I have only used this Tree Tribe bottle twice. I take it when I am on the go and want to be able to take my water into places. It is a good size, fits in many cup holders, it keeps my water at the right temperature, meaning it never gets warm, it is always cold or cool to drink.I insisted that my husband get a stainless steel bottle also, because he has been drinking out of the same plastic one for years and the handle on that one finally broke. He ended up going with the Glacier Point 25 oz bottle, thinking the bigger bottle would be better. It's great that it holds more water, which means less refills over time. However, it is slightly too big for some cup holders, such as the car door and the stroller. He also stated that he liked the rubber gasket on my Tree Tribe better than his. Other than that, it is a good water bottle and serves it's purpose at keeping drinks cool and not being plastic. Both brands should last us years and we hope they do. The price point is better on the Glacier Point, but for me, as a so-called hippie, I like that this brand plants trees with every purchase. My husband said because of the cup holder issue, he would probably go with the Tree Tribe if we were to order another. Definitely recommend this product.

I can't believe I didn't post a review of this yet! I take this everywhere. It keeps water really, really cold, which is a pleasant surprise in hot Southern summers. Customer service at this company is extraordinary, personal, and committed. I'm never using another water bottle again. Sorry, Nalgene, but I just can't justify the plastic use any more.It doesn't leak. It doesn't dent. I have a way of dropping things (I have a health condition that causes dizziness) but it hasn't messed up my bottle. It still looks attractive and brand new.In case you're wondering, the bamboo top doesn't mold (that's a problem with a competitor's water bottle with a similar look). The bottle doesn't absorb flavor, which is important if you are not the type to wash your bottle the instant you get home.I like it so much I've been keeping it on my nightstand and using it during the day at home.Also - don't be convinced by other companies with copycat products. Treetribe is the one with the lifetime guarantee, excellent customer service, safety testing, etc.

UPDATE (JAN. 2021):I originally bought one of these bottles in June 2018 to replace a nearly identical one that I had been using for six months before I accidentally left it at an airport. [insert facepalm here]The bottle I lost was a different brand that was no longer available. I was very bummed out, because I was it so great. But I kept searching, for a similar item, and I’m so glad I did, because this Tree Tribe brand has actually proven to be (arguably) better AND cheaper than my first bottle.I love them so much that I have since purchased two more 20-oz bottles as gifts, and a 30-oz bottle which I use exclusively for coffee.As I said in my previous review, the best things about them are the removable, easy to clean gasket and the handle that’s attached to the cap instead of the bottle. I also love the wide mouth which allows the addition of ice cubes, if desired, and facilitates easy cleaning.These bottles are so excellent. If you’re on the fence, just buy one. Seriously.ORIGINAL REVIEW (JUN 2018):I love that the gasket on the cap is so easily removed for cleaning. Also like the fact that the handle is attached to the cap instead of a funk-harboring ring around the neck of the bottle. I use this mainly for sparkling water with ice cubes. Generally, I still have ice even after 24 hours. I also find that it fits better in my car cup holder but YMMV.
