I received one of these with my new humidor. The RH reading was very low. So, I did a salt test and sure enough the reading was low by 18%. I contacted the humidor manufacturer (to remain anonymous for now) and they sent me another one. In the meantime I purchased another humidor to gift to a friend. The same thing happened. After a salt test, the two new digital hygrometers were reading on the low side again. One was 8% lower and the other was 13% lower. The humidor manufacturer is going to send me two more replacement hygrometers. I'll keep you posted.I also contacted Adorini. They could not help me either. I was told these units were not adjustable, and that they now have an adjustable one for sale on their website (which cannot be purchased by the general public), and is not available anywhere else...not even Amazon.

Found this to be highly accurate. It is more suited to a bigger humidor but i'd guess that its probably accurate in most conditions.

Il termometro è ottimo: segna l'esatta temperatura di un altro termometro a mercurio che possiedo.L'igrometro è stato tarato con il kit di calibrazione Boveda, quindi ho rimediato allo scarto del 4% che segnava appena tolto dalla confezione.Io lo uso per tenere monitorata la temperatura e l'umidità nella stanza dove si trova il mio pianoforte.

il prodotto è arrivato in perfette condizioni, già ne possiedo uno, come si sa non è preciso come un igrometro a capello, mah... mettendolo nella soluzione salina, ci si regola con la differenza, ( 75 gradi di umidita ) di solito lo scarto è pochi gradi . un buon prodotto.

Strumento indispensabile per verificare con precisione temperatura ed umidità.Molto comodo in quanto può essere sia attaccato on il relativo nastro sia tenersi in piedi da solo grazie ad una piccola gamba.

Ottimo prodotto, preciso e affidabile. Lo utilizzo per controllare temperatura e umidità nel mio humidor da viaggio (barattolo di vetro).Consigliato
