My dad ordered these for his work van and he says they were easy to install and they are good quality

Only thing I dislike was the way it came packaged the box was all ripped but that was from delivered

Ease to assembled

Customer service is great. The first box came looking like it fell off of a truck. It was ripped open and completely wrapped with tape. I was not surprised that parts were missing. After communicating with the customer service, they sent a second box. It arrived just as damaged as the first but thank the Lord nothing was missing. Just a few scratches. So between the 2 boxs I ended up with a very nice ladder rack. I would definitely recommend this ladder rack, it is good quality for the price.Ps. God loves you. John 3:16

Mine arrived with only 2 of 3 crossbars, and only 2 of the 6 vertical bars had end caps. The box was somewhat beat up, but it seems that it was shipped missing these parts. Installation is pretty straightforward, although the crossbars (if you are lucky enough to receive them) do need to be trimmed to the proper length. Will update if I receive any resolution on the missing parts.

I had to cut them 3” to make it fit but nothing a Grinder can’t do . Use your brain and you will Figure it out

Just like the name brands

Works great only issue I had was that I was trying to use the 3 bars because I use small Ladders too but I tried and tried and always the middle bar was higher than front or back so I couldn't use it. This was on 2019 chevy express.But other than that works fine
