This scale is a real work-horse in my kitchen! I run a sourdough micro-bakery from home and I prefer to use a digital scale to measure ingredients instead of measuring cups and spoons. It is sturdy and feels very well made. I used my scale regularly for 3.5 years, when suddenly I started to have issues with it glitching and causing the displayed value to jump up and down. Excellent scale, great value for the money. I hope it lasts a very long time. Accurate, easy to use, easy to clean. I'm storing it flat this time (the one I had before -- different brand -- was stored on its side, which I suspect led to its demise). I use it almost daily to feed my sourdough starter among many other uses.

If you don't have a kitchen scale and still use a measuring cup, you need to stop measuring and weigh your ingredients. Cooking is an art form, but baking is a science. A measuring cup is prone to inaccurate measures, and it doesn't take much to really ruin your baking. This scale is sleek, extremely functional, and easy to toggle between ounces and grams. Very simple operation, set your bowl on the scale, hit a button, zero out the reading, and you are ready to go. Haven't had to replace the battery, but I expect it to last a very long time. If you have an oven in your kitchen, you should have a scale.

Build seems sturdy, accuracy is good enough for kitchen use. Easy controls. Glass top cleans easily, just need to be aware that you can scratch it.

Perfect size for my needs with accurate measurements, and it’s easy to use and clean. It will get scratched over time, which is to be expected, and since the buttons are touch screen, you just need to be careful not to accidentally tare the weight while measuring.
