Cellex-C Advanced-C Serum, 1 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I love researching skin care which is how I found out five years ago about skinceuticals vitamin c serums. It never dawned I me in the past five years that there could be other options that are superior. Fast forward to six months ago, I start to look into other vitc serum options...I tried homemade...and honestly for the most part the results are the same..as skinceuticals..both are great...it's just that cellex-c advanced c serum is far superior. Skinceuticals was founded by two individuals one of which started cellex-c. The skinceuticals team has an amazing sales person which is why most people don't even know about this company...as far as technology goes, I have to give it to cellex-c. I am 32 half Asian with good skin, and I take crazy good care of it. I explain this because I am somewhat used to friends/fam asking what I use. The most noticeable difference in my skin happened after using this product. Even more then retinol. This has magic in it.. I guess that patented chemical makes all the difference. Please know that I am also all about DIY..this formulation is inimitable. That's why it's worth spending the money. Another strange aspect of this is that lasts longer...I don't know why but the liquid spreads more...hue bonus. Def purchase here as its about 50 percent cheaper then Anywhere else. Pros: near instant results Can't recreate this formula DIY style, more worth spending money on Have the best skin I've had since my 20s Cons: not cheap Will not be able to live without it (not really a con, but i guess if I never tried I wouldn't know) I still use skinceuticals products but no longer their vit c serum..I am a lifer for this product I am so glad I looked into this line. I can't believe how little info there is on the web and on amazon. If you end up on the quest like me...I hope this review helps..bottom line you won't regret it!

I'm back to Cellex C Advanced Serum (and its partner, Skin Hydration Complex). I've had several major surgeries in the last couple of years, and keeping up the daily program with Cellex C dropped off my radar as I was trying to heal. Then a few months ago I decided to try something less expensive. Well, my skin certainly showed the neglect: dull, breakouts (rather unfair at 69), white heads and more. I had been a very dedicated Cellex C user since a face lift in 2004, and I have to say that this product is responsible for my clear, bright, and largely wrinkle-free skin since. As my plastic surgeon explained," a face life largely corrects sagging skin, but keeping away fine wrinkles depends on consistent skin care and the use of sun screen. A face lift is a waste of money if you don't take care of your skin." He prescribed the use of a limited number of products: sun screen, a Retin A generic, Cellex C serum, Cellex C Skin Hydration Complex, a daily moisturizer, and a product with hydroquninone if dark spots become a problem. He was right. I won't quit the Cellex C products again. Nothing else works as well.

I've Been using this product inconsistently for about 12 years. It is expensive but it is worth every penny! I have oily, acne prone skin with large pores and this product makes my skin just mellow out. On top of that, it feels like my skin is super tight but in a good way. I am only 33 but unfortunately have had a difficult time quitting smoking but you would never tell from my skin. Plan on using this for as long as they’re selling it. I use it with a rerun A and just use sunscreen. I also highly recommend you use it with some sort of hyaluronic acid afterwards. If you really have deep pockets or just are willing to make an exception for your skincare, buy the Hydra 5 B serum for it. Better than the moisture serum in my opinion and it contains hyaluronic acid.

I have used this product for over 15 years. It is a serum that you apply prior to your normal moisturizer once every 24 hours. Since you only use about 3 drops per day, one bottle lasts about 5 months. Nothing gets rid of wrinkles but I truly feel that by using this product religiously over the years it has prevented deep wrinkles from forming. The price on Amazon/sold by Febstore is amazing. There is no other outlet online or otherwise including those with % off coupon codes that comes close to this price. The product was well protected in the shipping box and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

It worked fantastic and I really liked it but the price is just too expensive as it does go bad so quickly. And I'm not entirely sure mine really arrived 100% fresh (it wasn't really clear anymore which it should be), probably better to buy directly from the company outside the U.S. or I think through Canada to get the most recently produced bottles. I will say though it was pretty much the only one I could find that isn't loaded with preservatives and other harmful ingredients. The actual product is superior to other vit c serums in my opinion!

absolutely amazing product. About 20 years ago my dermatologist had suggested Dr. Murad or Cellex-C. I went with Dr. Murad... loved it, but I think I became immune to it after using it for about 10 years. (Had tried Clinique, Estee Lauder, Strevictin, and wasn't pleased with any of them) So I tried cellex c and was surprised at overall skin clarity, refined texture, eliminated enhanced pores, smoothness. Later was afforded chance to use perricone M, simply too many products in the collection to realize which ones work. So last fall tried SKII AND the essence brightened my skin texture but after a few months seemed to not advance any further, (I purchased the complete line and they seem to be glorified lotions) so I returned to tried and true cellex c. Cellex-C serum is an excellent product that i have used for many years. The unopened and sealed bottle I received December 24, 2024 contains serum that is dark brown. Printed expiration date March 2025. This Cellex-C serum cannot be used. My November 2024 Cellex-C order was sticky and off odor. Not happy.

Works

I used Cellex-C about 20 years ago, but at that time, in Canada, it had to be ordered through a dermatologist's office, which required a referral from my GP. It worked really well but I just gave up due to the hassle. Fast forward to me now in my sixties...after a very stressful year, my skin was looking dull and tired. I've now been using this product for about a month, and the difference is noticeable! I never had any problem with irritation or redness from the product, and will continue to use it.

I am a huge fan of Cellex C and never go a night without it. I have used it for aprox 15 yrs or more and while it seems pricy, I use just 2 drops so it lasts a long time. I am soon to be a fabulous 76 and pretty happy with my lack of wrinkles in comparison to other people my age. I recently visited a dermatologist and he commented that my skin looked 10+ years younger than my age. I will accept that compliment all day long !

Ma copine a acheté ce serum Cellex-C Advanced Serum ainsi qu'un ensemble "Cellex C advanced-c serum 2 Step Starter Kit: advanced-c serum + skin hydration complex, 0.5 ounces". Premièrement, l'ensemble "Starter Kit" avait coulé dans la boîte alors elle l'a retourné et en a commandé un autre en remplacement. En ouvrant les fioles, tout avait l'air correct, le sérum de Vitamine C était incolore, donc il ne semblait pas oxydé. Cependant quand elle a commencé à l'utiliser, il y avait des petites granules dans le sérum. Elle l'a quand même utilisé car nous étions en voyage alors elle n'avait pas le choix. De retour à la maison, elle a ouvert la grosse fiole de Cellex-C Advanced Serum. Il y avait des petites granules dans le sérum, comme dans le "Starter Kit". Elle a pensé que ce n'était probablement pas grave et a continué à utiliser le sérum. Cependant le sérum est devenu orange intense très rapidement, alors qu'il est sensé être incolore ou jaune pâle. Il était trop tard pour retourner le produit. En lisant aujourd'hui sur les sérum de vitamine C, elle a appris que les petites granules sont dues au fait que le produit est précipité. C'est une réaction chimique. Cela rend le produits irritant pour la peau et, effectivement, le sérum piquait plus que normalement. Je ne sais pas ce que ce vendeur fait avec les produits pour les dégrader ainsi. Peut-être ont-ils été entreposés à la chaleur. Elle n'achètera plus ces produits sur Amazon.
