I've been using these for about 3 months now. I feel like they help my body with digestion. Maybe some joint pain management, not sure. I only know I cannot are NSAIDs anymore as my kidney function has been altered by them. Searching for alternative relief of joint and body pain. No smell, no taste, easy to swallow even though kinda large.

I tried other Omega's before but clearly saw big drop in performance comparing to Nordic Naturals. Your body will choose and let you know which brand works better for you. I had years of constant job related stress and different types of pain issues because of it until I started taking Complete Omega. It used to be called Omega 3-6-9. I know we are told that all we need is Omega 3 since we get plenty of Omega 6 and 9 from the diet but I tried many combinations and brands to come back to what works for me - NN Complete. For better results I take it with Vitamid D (2000 IU daily) and MK-7 (2 soft gels/daily) for combating pain, migraines and stress. Occasional Ionic Magnesium and Liquid Zinc supplements in mix help my body to recover faster. My brain feel such a relief and calm on this that you start taking it for granted. You understand your mistake as soon as you run out. Don't run out. I've been taking it for more years I can remember but I think you should expect some results after 2 month of taking daily dosage. You can start slowly on daily doze for a week and then increase to 1 extra capsule a day (3/daily) for weeks after if results are still weak. Do not rush, listen to your brain and stomach. I hope it will help you as it helped me. If it doesn't - try another combination from this brand. They make a really good quality products. They are bit pricey but you learn to prioritize fast.

I had been using this product for about 3 years and it was very effective in helping to curb the pain and swelling of osteoarthritis, especially in my hands. Although they are a bit large (I find it difficult to swallow horse pills), they are pleasantly flavored, thus no gag-reflex. However, you need to know that if you are placed on baby aspirin (as I was several weeks ago), you should not be taking any supplements like this one because you then are susceptible to purpura, which is "purple" patches on your skin due to the body reacting to the combination. I had that happen and my primary care physician (who is a holistic doctor) told me that if my cardiologist instructed me to take the baby aspirin, then I should stop taking the omegas. Reason: blood becomes thinner, resulting in the bruise-like patches. So I stopped taking the omegas until it is determined if I have vascular disease (I don't want to chance problems with that). Definitely check with your own doctor if you are on baby aspirin and want to take (or are already taking) omegas. If that is not an issue, then YES, I do recommend this Nordic Naturals. Excellent price on Amazon. Expensive at health food stores.

I’ve been using Nordic Natural complete omega for about 5 years. I have no issues with fish taste or smell. It has omega 3, 6, 9 which is good for cell, heart, eye, brain, function, helps to maintain cholesterol levels, etc. They are big but fine to swallow.

This is an excellent product. As others have mentioned, there is no fishy smell or taste when taking these. I've been taking them for 2 weeks and have noticed dramatic changes in mental clarity, migraine reduction, energy, appetite control, and skin improvement I have made no other changes other than this supplement and feel dramatically better. I can't tell enough people about this product!! I take 2 of these at night and two in the morning. One comment about fishy burps.. The ONE and only time I had this problem was when I took this product AFTER I completed a meal. I would suggest to take with food but swallow them BEFORE eating if this happens to you or you are particularly sensitive to taste. Regarding the omega 6 acids included here, please note that this product only contains the omega 6 GLA, which is shown to be beneficial and we do not get enough of that particular omega 6 from food. If you want to read more about the ingredients or something doesn't make sense like adding omega 6s, I would suggest you see the company's website and FAQ section. These Nordic Naturals Complete Omega soft gels haven't given off a weird aftertaste for me and I haven’t had the burps from them either. With other products containing fish oils I have had negative results due to bad taste or smell. These soft gels have an awesome blend of fish oils that I’m hoping will keep the postpartum depression and anxiety at bay. I ordered these because they seem to be a higher strength with the vitamin content of omega-3s, omega-6s, and omega-9s. A negative for some readers of this review could be the size of the gels, as they are a bit large.

These meet my needs wonderfully! As I have with other Omega's, I keep in the freezer to decrease problems with burping!
