I take these daily after being diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia. They are easy to eat and swallow (actually delicious) and hopefully are having a positive effect on my bone density. The dosage seems correct. I'm not sure whether they affect my energy but I have plenty at 62. I do try to take them with a meal because I understand that calcium is absorbed more effectively alongside fat. I have had no side effects and actually look forward to taking them.

These taste great! The dosage is 2 chews. No side effects thus far. No odd odors. Don't stick in my teeth like some gummies do. Effective? I'll have to take them for several months before being able to be able to review that much.

Keeping in mind I’m not a fan of fruit and cream flavors, the flavors ARE odd, but not nasty. I found they go better with coffee. Texture is acceptable. I like that the ingredients are relatively wholesome and it has D3, but sugar, glucose syrup and water are the first listed. At 6g sugar still less than some other big name brands.
