Anyone have CONSTANT problems with Ice Tech brakes with SCREECHING and loss of braking power???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

it sounds (no pun intended) like you either did not break-in the brakes or have gotten them contaminated with a substance (oil, soap, etc.). you could sand the rotors and pads a bit to try and remove that and then clean with rubbing alcohol. Then google how to “bed in” the brakes.

What is the difference between 160 and 180? My trek came stock with 160.

Obviously a diameter of the rotor, 180 front and 160 in the rear is the most common setup on trail and XC bike, also it depends on your wheel size. I would stick with 180f/160r unless you are riding a downhill bike. Happy riding

Can i replace my current avid rotors on sram brakes with these ice tech ones?

I bought a used bike that had done that just make sure you use the correct brake pads for the rotor or they will wear unevenly.

I need an adapter for my rear it's not on the frame any help?
