So helpful, this little monkey really gets the mind into thinking mode! My little one loved it. Thankyou.

Bright and cheerful, excellent idea
This is an excellent way of introducing addition and mathematical equality to young children. There are 10 numbers weighted so that putting 2 & 3 in one pan balances 5 in the other. Also around 20 monkeys of unit weight (two monkeys in one pan balances the number 2 in the other). It's also bright and cheerful. The only downside, and it's a fairly small point, is the sensitivity of the scale decreases with increasing load such that the imbalance between 18 and 19, whilst visible, is not overwhelmingly obvious.

Fun way to learn to count and recognise numbers
Bought for my newly turned 4yr old to help him with learning to count. I suspect he knows how to he just can't be bothered, complete polar opposite to his sister. We had a little play with it today and it's really good. Lots of play hours will be had.

Great buy!
My son absolutely loves this, it's a great way to practice maths. My son's a very visual child and needs something physical to focus on when counting numbers.

Quite pricey but little one loved it
My 3 year old couldn't get enough of the these cute little monkeys and loved balancing the scale. I'm sure she will learn a lot of simple maths with this set, as it makes the concepts involved in addition and subtraction so visual and clear.
