This is THE BEST sugar (or something else) bowl that I've bought and didn't return! In fact, I bought the other design 2 days later so I now have both. FYI, I think I bought and returned at least 6 other ones, some of which were more than twice the price! I have arthritis in my hands and fingers and the lid's top knob is the right shape and large enough for me to take it off easily, without worrying about dropping and breaking it. The pure milky white color goes with just about every type of decor and the clear glass cover makes it easy to see how much of the contents are left. The included white spoon fits well in its allotted hole in the lid with a little room for some ventilation but not too much that it would be easy for any bugs and flies to get in. The textured design gives it some interest as opposed to being a plain smooth ceramic. The size isn't too big or small, just right for most people imo - assuming you don't have a family of 10 that uses sugar, etc. in excessive amounts! The handle on the small spoon is curved so that the fit is just right for the inside of the bowl as well as the approx 1 1/2” that is outside of it. It can reach the bottom so your're able to get what's on the bottom without having to keep it there or dump it out when you're going to wash it. This is a great little container for many different things, not only sugar. In fact, you could probably find use for it somewhere other than just the kitchen. I'm including a few pictures of the first one I bought but they're both identical except for the outer surface design. (The sun was bright when I took the pics and left a slight glare - it's not a defect in the glass top.) One review I saw mentioned the knob on the top was not tight and the 2nd one I got had a loose one too - no big deal! Simple fix if you should get one with the same problem - all you need to do is to hold the screw under the glass with a finger on it, and turn the outside knob to the right and, voila, perfect! (Remember, ‘righty tighty, lefty loosey’!) I would definitely recommend this item! *** I buy items on Amazon that are not familiar to me based on the reviews of others. I love this sugar bowl! It is well made and came boxed up nice and safe. I got it to put powdered dish detergent in for my countertop dishwasher. It was hard trying to pour detergent from a large box since you just need a small amount. The sugar bowl keeps it easy to access and tidy to use.

I wanted a sugar bowl for the table. This is pretty, but small and too delicate. It does what I want so there it sits on my table.

These days with so much indoor time, we are making a lot more coffee at home. A lot more! So we needed a little sugar bowl to accommodate the new demand. This and a new Keurig / KCup Holder where are splurges for the kitchen. A very cute design. This little sugar bowl is exactly what we needed and fits really any kitchenware or style you may have. It is a nice small size, enough to hold plenty of sugar, but not too big that the sugar would clump up by the end.

I have a beach-themed kitchen with a shell sugar bowl but wanted something neutral for the holidays on my coffee bar. I searched for a while and came across this bowl. I love the simple, clean design and the fact that it's very versatile for all decor. The glass lid and glass spoon make it seem like a much more expensive piece! The design on the bowl is eye-catching without being gaudy. I love it and would purchase again!

While the jar is great, the spoon and lid are very thin and prone to break if not careful. spoon is very small and i got mine stuck inside wash basin lol. so make sure the lid and spoon doesn't get missed in wash basin holesOverall design is good. i just wish the lid and spoon have higher quality for that price. Great color for white kitchens. cleaning is not bad and grip is little poor as the spoon is soo smallI use it to melt ghee in microwave. this is microwave safe

This bowl is exactly what I was looking for to put my Splenda in. It is the right size, very well made, and not plastic! The ceramic spoon delivers the right amount of Splenda for one serving and the bowl itself is just big enough to hold enough servings without being too large or taking up too much counter space. I highly recommend!
