It’s nice just flimsy, the top falls in.

I used this daily for 12 months for a 5 pound Chihuahua. The dog liked it. The dog spends a lot of time in it so its big enough for her to stand up and move around. It's comfortable and easy to clean. There is a side zipper so I can reach in to pet her if she gets upset. A door on each end for flexibility and a good should strap.There are plenty of mesh windows for air and keeping cool and the dog has good visibility out. The bag is super light weight yet rigid and sturdy enough to give the dog firm support.I used the two side pockets a lot. They are not big and one doesn't seal closed so you could lose stuff. There is a flimsy expanding net pocket over one end door that you could use for light stuff.After maybe six months a zipper cord broke, I just replaced it with my own cord. After 8 months the cloth cover of the plastic piece that forms the floor, which is removable to wash, tore up too much so I replaced it with a plush pllow case.. After 9 months the net end pocket ripped when it got snagged on something which is easy to do; not repairable. After 12 months the anchor for the should strap tore out and the bag became unusable for me. Considering getting the same one again.I gave it hard use every single day, slinging it around and hiking with it. So a year is not terrible to get out of it, but's not terrific either. For comparison a very high quality backpack I have also used nearly daily for three years, but maybe gets 1/4 the use of the carrier, is still completely intact and looks like it will be fine for 3 more years; but the dog carrier does have mesh windows and is very light.The black model is good because the dog sees out fine but people often don't see in. Only rarely do people realize it is a dog carrier and not a gym back- mostly only if she barks.I never used the wheels or even installed the wheels.So for my purposes the bag was great but it could have been more rugged.P.S.I bought a larger but differently shaped bag to replace this one. The new bag is great and huge but the dog insists on using this old one, so I hooked the shoulder strap onto the side rings. It looks uncomfortable to me, but she likes mind riding around in a squashed bag on its side. When I CAN figure it out her preferences always have a good reason (like a an uncomfortable harness). So I may eventually have to purchase another one.This bag also hides the dog quite well for hostile environments; the new one has less windows but some for people can see the dog better through the black mesh.

Bought one of these and it worked great , bought a second one for my second cat but this one fell apart ... Can't figure it out

Bag serves a good purpose. After 1st use with a 6 lb chihuahua and a 7 lb Pomeranian - the bag started ripping at the bottom. Poor quality product/material.

This is a great carrier and seemed to have everything we needed BUT our 18 lb Miniature Schnauzer did not fit into it. I hated to have to send it back but we had no choice. I think the main issue was that the top ends of the carrier slope inward and we also had a hard time getting him in by the side entrance (sort of like a tunnel). We ended up getting a carrier with a top entrance where he can sit up and look out.

I purchased this item to transport an 12 week old puppy from VA to TX. This item was horrible. It is cheaply made, does not roll properly which was the main reason I purchased this. It leans over to one side to where I was dragging my poor puppy through the airport. I had to us the straps instead and carry her on my shoulders. The wheels were so cheaply made and designed. When my puppy would move the entire bag would fall over to which ever side she moved too. In the description of this item it stated "can hold most pets ranging from 19lbs to 22lbs" I wouldn't not recommend this for a any animal over 10 pounds. My puppy was right at 11 pounds and I felt like she was too heavy for it since she kept tilting over in it.

I'm rating it based on what I see of its construction and features, which seem to be sturdy and well made. It comes almost completely flattened, and it takes some time and patience to straighten it out. The wheels come separately, not attached to the carrier.Unfortunately, though it was called large, it was too small for my large cat, so I can't comment on its performance in use. Because of the size issue, I had to return it.

At one point I was traveling weekly with my dog and the Bergan Wheeled Comfort Carrier made it east to navigate busy and crowded airports. I'm at eased knowing my dog is comfortable. The mesh side make it easy for him to move around and it easily fits under all airline seats.

Hi, I thought its bigger in size!! As its large in size!!! But otherwise good!! If I saw it in real I wouldn't buy it!! But quality wise its wonderful!! Only if little bigger. It's very nice in general. Thank you

Very nice carrier with removable wheels. Very good quality and design. Has locking clips on the zippers to prevent pet escape. Well ventilated and has a comfy washable fleece pad in the bottom. Easily fit an adult yorkie (7-8lbs) and probably a slightly larger dog too.
