Q: does it bend or do you have to arange it

They do not bend. You can creatively arrange it in many different shapes. Awesome toy!

Q: the box says not for children under 14. why isn't this stated in the product description?? this is true for all of the ball of whacks products.

Hmmm. My 4 year old grandson will play with this for over an hour with no problems. Do they think they will swallow it? The age limit is way off.

Q: It's there any way to order one missing piece?

I have no clue if you can order a missing piece. What I do is keep the ball intact when not in use and in a plastic ziploc bag. I bought 3 of these, and my granddaughter likes to mix the colors up. So when she is done, I put them all in the bag. I hope this helps.
