I have been taking these tablets for roughly 2 weeks now and I’ve seen amazing changes! I’m that person that always struggles to lose weight regardless of diets and different exercise programs, but 2 weeks ago I started a new workout program purely dedicated to cardio/HIIT, I’ve been taking these tablets twice a day with my lunch and dinner and I’ve seen amazing differences! I’ve lost 6lbs in 2 weeks. Please note, I am calculating my workouts and food on my Apple Watch and phone and I’m averaging about 900 calories per day for my workouts, so I must be in good calorie deficit for the weight to be dropping so well. Also, I’m not on any diets!! I’ve been eating healthily, but occasionally snacking (crisps, chocolates, take away etc.) just not going crazy. These tablets have also REALLY helped my digestion! I get really bad bloating after meals. Even drinking lots of water makes me look like I’m 6ms pregnant, but I’ve seen such a huge difference in my stomach after meals! No excess bloating! I can’t recommend enough. The fact that you’re paying £9 for 3 months worth of tablets too is so amazing. Will definitely order again.

Like many, I was a bit sceptical about these, they had good reviews though so I gave them a try. I wanted help to get rid of my lockdown weight. I’ve so far managed to lose 18 pounds. I have stuck to a calorie controlled diet plus exercise. I can’t say whether I would’ve lost that much that quickly without them, I will never know. But, I have never lost this much weight , I always get to a stone loss and then plateau and lose interest. It’s seems to have reduced my hunger. I’ve also noticed my nails are strong and healthy so I don’t know if there is something in there that helps nail growth ? I will be buying these again. They worked for me and my diet. Edited to add, few weeks on I’m at 26 lb loss, I credit these tablets As I dont feel hunger pangs as much which in turn helps me diet and keeps up the enthusiasm. My nails and hair have also got stronger , again I don’t know if this is the vitamins included in this but give them a try for a month and see.

These have been a huge help in decreasing bloating!! I’ve lost 6lbs in the first week of clean eating with the help of these. I also noticed a huge decrease in appetite which was amazing. I would really recommended!

These aren’t terrible to swallow, they don’t have a horrible taste either. I’ve been using these for a week so far and haven’t noticed any significant changes. So this will mean I will have to update further down the course if there is any progression. I can’t say that I’ve noticed it’s helps with energy as such, I always feel tired. I don’t seem to have the discomfort of bloating although I do massage my stomach most nights anyway. Generally I haven’t noticed the bloating to be excessive like I usually have so it could be down to this. It doesn’t seem to have reduced my cravings or snackings. Neither do I think it’s helped shed any pounds as of yet but again I will have to update this review further down the line as still is early days. I will continue to take as I’ve not had any negative effects, & I hope & would like to see some positive effect. what it contains promotes good health anyway so.. why not

Been taking them with breakfast and dinner must admit I fill up a lot quicker and stay full for a lot longer. Energy boots I can’t really comment on it’s not something I noticed as much I normally have a coffee at the start of the day an hr or two before I have my breakfast. Really happy with how it keeps me full for longer and definitely helped me with not really craving anything sweet which was my biggest problem, I’ve got sweets laying around and for the first time I’m not tempted to just have one. Flavour is a little strange but not too bad, I’ve never had issues with swallowing tablets so to me it’s perfectly fine. Value for money I will definitely be buying them again for what I paid for to get 2 months out it’s really good very happy with this product

Honestly, day 1. I took one tablet with breakfast and within half an hour I felt drowsy and my heart was pounding! I thought ill give it the benefit of the doubt and took another at tea time, I am not over reacting when I say I thought I had taken something illegal! I thought I was about to keel over and die! My heart was racing and I lost balance. My vision went blurry and I was sweating!. Don't get me wrong, I ate one meal that day so I guess it will help for loosing weight but Jesus! I'd rather be slightly over weight than feel like I'm going to die all day. I was up until 2 o'clock in the morning wondering when my heart would go back to normal. I couldn't lie still. Ohhh and to top it off, I was on the toilet and had the worse headache ever. Not joking, these are lethal. I eouldnt buy them, I'm currently sending mine back.

Really like these, they are so much easier than trying to drink ACV (yuk lol) have noticed a big difference in my appetite, energy levels and have been a huge help with my weight loss journey so far! keep seeing these marked as "unavailable" i do hope they get more stock in ive tried alot of different suppliments and found these to be the best by far.

So its been a full week on these, along with the usual dieting, wearing my Sauna vest, being active.... I cant say i have any more energy because i dont feel i do or at least it isnt noticeable. Bloating... If anything i feel a little more bloated after meals. Stomach cramps....ok i seen there was a possibility of this happening from othwr reviews and i can say i do get stomach cramps, nothing detrimental to my everyday routine but enough for some discomfort which isnt a good thing. Im having trouble sleeping (more than usual) this causes problems withing weight loss so keep that in mind. Umm so far i wouldn't say there is anything noticable and i dont have anything to recomend other than they dont really have a nasty taste and they are easy enough to swallow.... Will update this after another week and see if anything changes 👍
