Ensure Plus Milkshake Style Nutritional Supplement Drink Flavour Contains Protein Vitamins and Minerals, Strawberry, 200ml (Pack of 24)

Before unpacking the pack of Ensure I thought some of the bottles were vanilla flavour, have now unpacked and all are strawberry flavour….so please ignore my previous comment..

Ensure Dietary supplement drinks. These can come in a variety of flavours. Some thoiugh, like vanilla and banana, are verry mucha matter of taste. Are supposed tro contain all the nutrients to help you keepa balance diet. i was advised, by a Dietician, that you would need to drink at least 6 of these to enable that. Thhe standard bottle is 200 mls, and the liquid has a thicker than water consistenc. I speak from experience when I say that it is quite hard to drink 6 of these in a day. however, all is not last. They produce a smaller bottle with the same nutriends but, of course, the fuid content is much thicker. In some parts of Scotland, these drinks can only prescribed free by Dieticians, where is other parts, GPs can prescribe it. It took me a long while to persuafe a dietician that a four stone weight drop might be something you want to prescribe these to help with. You can buy them without presscrription, but they are not cheap.

I think they are very expensive,watery,don't do anything for hunger,still feel hungry after taken,could do better on flavour,but nicer when refrigerated,not planning on buying again,I think there is better products,that deliver better satisfaction,tick more boxes and I gained several stones whilst taking these,and I have only been taking two each day for the last 3 months,I've gone from a sise19-12 to a size 16-18,and at 61years old,I'm struggling to get my weight back down and eat as I should,due to illness

Bought this for someone who has a poor appetite. It's a pity they don't do a pack of mixed flavours, but strawberry flavour was nice, I was told. Product arrived on the due date and time.

I buy the Ensure Milkshake Style (Strawberry) drinks for my elderly sister who has a poor appetite due to Dementia and she absolutely loves them. They are a good source of the extra Vitamins & Calories she needs because she eats so little.
