Flexible and works
These are some of the better bfr bands. They are comfortable and flexible which is good when pumping out max light weight reps. Highly recommended

Do They work ?
WOW ! I'v used them 4 times now for my Biceps, Delt's, Tri's, Traps and Forearms. Easy to use - durable - stimulates muscle growth and strength.

Easy to apply after fitting and clasping the first time. Just keep it clasped and it stretches on and off.

Coming apart
I've had the bands about 2 months. I have used them gently for 2 months slowly working up to use twice a week. The seams on the straps have started to come apart and are about to fall off. I would say these are good starter bands, but there is nothing positive about a product that does not last and starts falling apart.

Worth it for sure!

Didn’t receive everything.
I only revived 2 straps as it says it should come with 4. A set for arms and legs. But I only got one pair. Nor did it come with instructions or anything. Almost like I got a used pair
