Just the flavor you get eating at the best Japanese restaurants. We started cooking hibachi style at home. We had the meal down perfectly except for the white sauce. This is the flavor that you get at the best Japanese restaurants. Being made in America made me try it. Great that it is exactly what we wanted.

Great flavor… we use this for dipping sauce for a lot of different meats

I was trying to find something that was close to the yellow sauce you get at Chinese fast food places - and this is close, but I actually prefer Yum Yum sauce which is cheaper and which I can buy locally. It is milder than the Yum Yum so I tend to use more of it, again increasing the cost. So for me, it is not worth the bother and price of ordering it online. However, it is a good flavor so it may work for others.

I never get sick of the flavor! But it is pricy!

The sauce reminds me of when I went to college in North Carolina, you can't get it up north. It's like now I can eat hibachi flavor food without going out and spending a fortune.
