Excellent for tired backs, bad posture!
I have had 2 of these for a year. I am 80, weigh 90 lb., 4'10", size XS Petite. I have Scoliosis and bad posture and need something to wear all the time. I probably ordered S, M, L , ones and ended up with M, so order up several sizes. Bra extenders helped, too, at first. They have stretched a notch over the year. I washed by hand all this time, but they did fine washed in cold and dried on low. So...I ordered enough for a week!

Uncomfortable and itchy. Did not pend any more support than a sports bra.
