If this works as well as my store bought version, this is a very good deal for the price. If you’ve never used these to clean a grill, then you should try them out. I prefer these to a wire brush because I believe they clean better, faster, and with less effort when compared to a wire brush. The blocks just break down into dust rather than potentially pieces of wire. Once the grill grates are clean (and I typically use this on a grill while it is getting hot) I follow up with a wet rag a couple of times to take all of the dust off before cooking. My only issue, if there is one, is that for my use of my grill, I go through these blocks fairly quickly and typically only get 2 cleanings per block. If I made efforts to clean as I go while cooking, etc. then I might be able to get 3 but not sure; your usage and results may vary from my experience.
