NLP For Beginners: 4th Edition (Only The Essentials) Paperback – June 29, 2012

This is my first book to reading and understanding what NLP is. At first I was surprised at how thin the book was but once I started getting into the content I found that the pages of information on the topic is pure substance. It truly is an introduction. The book starts you off easy and introduces new concepts on top of previously discussed concepts. What I really enjoyed the most out of the book was using the swish pattern and discovering how to set up and release anchors. I used these techniques on myself with success and surprise. After reading the book I can understand how NLP truly is a tool to achieve real communication and excellence. I think this book is a wonderful introduction for any person who has no idea where to start on the topic of NLP, such as myself at the time of purchase.

The book is a great way to start on your way in learning NLP, is design like an information Manuel, covering the basics of all NLP subject.

Good overview for a beginner. Exactly what I was looking for.

The content covered over 50 topics in around 50 pages of text. Most topics were covered in a few paragraphs not providing enough information..

Really interesting reading that gives you an insight to the NLP basics. I'm planning on buying the 350+ book as well as soon as i finish this one!

This book explains the definitions of all aspects of NLP..This is the book to start with for understanding NLP

The content is pretty hard reading and I read a lot. The structure is like a Times broadsheet without any diagrams or pics. Don't get me wrong, I don't need a picture, but in the same breath I don't need a page of text trying to explain something than can be done with a simple, small diagram.

I found this book to be a very good basic book for beginers, a perfect way to start if you want to learn NLP
