Very nice piece. Although a little on the small size compared to the plastic one it replaced. It also doesn't seat fully at the bottom. Otherwise it's a good value.

My new FireFly SG (they call it a FFLG) came with the raw pickup selector switch - i.e. it was missing the tip. From looking at the pics on the guitars garden web page where they sell them.... it seems sort of hit and miss if the switch has the tip or not. Anyway, this tips fits and looks nice. Price is right.

I bough this to replace the cap of a three way switch on an Oscar Schmidt guitar. Unfortunately the cap larger than the post to thread it on.

It does not fit Gibson les Paul guitars. Thread and hole was too small and did not fit my Gibson custom les Paul. I even tried it on an epiphone les Paul, didn’t fit that guitar either.

This tip is solid and looks great. The only small problem is that it doesn't screw all the way down on the post leaving a millimetre or two of gap at the bottom. it's not very noticeable but there. Past that, it looks nice and feels nice.

Matches nicely on the Jazzmaster I built with anodized pickguard and bridge and tailpiece.

Bought for a 2002 Gibson USA Les Paul Standard. It seems to be made well, sturdy and the threading is right. However, it is not drilled deep enough and will not screw all the way down, leaving bare threading exposed. Disappointed overall.

Didn't quite fit my 1970-74 LP Deluxe GT. Threading and diameter was off by a bit. Too bad, I was hoping they would work, because they're made of a tougher material than plastic, for a switch that can see a lot of use.
