Good product and easy to swallow. I have been using ESSIAC tea for quite a few years and did not know it came in capsules. It is much easier Than making the tea. A friend introduced it to me and I also read Rene's testimonial and was extremely impressed with the many cancer patience she cured. ESSAIC has so many health benefits. I am 82yrs. old but that is only the outside of me, the inside of me is still 42yrs. old. I have the I have the same amount of energy as I did in my younger days. Eating healthy and using ESSAIC daily and dancing ( I am a dance instructor) for 44 years has kept me healthy and in good shape. About a two years ago my PSA's were over 10. My Dr. began talking biopsy. I started taking Essiac capsules right after that. About 6 months later my numbers were down to 5.2. I maintained that for about a year. For an experiment I stopped taking them 5 months before my last check up. My numbers were up just over 8. I'm back on the capsules and when I get my next check up my numbers should be back down where they belong. Follow-up: Just had my check up Sept. 18, 2023 and my PSA'S are down to 5.2. My Dr was interested enough to ask me for details on how I did it. Til now he's shown little interest. I used to take another brand. I think these work better. I used to make the tea tincture and now but the capsules. I know the tea I made was very good and helped a lot of people. I take this because I know the ingredients. Worth a try for a month to see how you feel.
