It works perfectly fine for what I need it for. My youngest is short for her age so reaching across the sink and pushing down the pump handle on the soap is difficult for her. This helps immensely with that. My one complaint is that the motion sensor seems a bit finicky. You need to be in exactly the right spot not moving for it to realize that you're there. Also, I put in a more gel soap rather than the moisturizing soft soap, the more silky kind and it gummed up with the gel one. I had to run several loads of water through it before it would clean out and start working again. Other than that I'm happy with it. I'm just sticking with that one kind of soap and that's fine

The media could not be loaded.  400 ml version: We have used 3 of these soap dispensers in our home for months and we love them! After battling a very serious MRSA infection and winning, I installed hands-free dispensers and faucets everywhere. These have been just as good as SimpleHuman brand dispenser we have in the kitchen for half the price.I was just cleaning the bathroom and dropped one of them on the floor and it is still working like a charm! The only thing I can say that I dislike about the soap dispenser is the fact that the small rubber feet on the bottom are not glued in, and when you lift it to clean they are they sometimes pop off. This is not a big deal - you just push them back in if they come out - but I wish they were not removable so they couldn’t get lost.Side note: I only use SimpleHuman soap in these dispensers, which is designed for automatic hand dispensers like this as I don’t want to deal with clogs. Also, if someone is having trouble getting soap out, they are likely not putting their hand flat under the dispenser.

It looks very stylish and modern. It’s easy to fill. It’s not too big, 300ml size, and fits in well on the sink top. I’m using it in a downstairs smallish half bathroom.It is however finicky on dispensing soap. If you don’t put your hand just right under it, it won’t dispense. I have to only stick my fingertips under it for it to work. This could definitely be better.The amount of soap dispensed is nominal. I always need multiple dispenses.

Purchased 2 Oct, delivered 4 Oct and as of 22 October the unit is clogged and only dispenses a pin sized amount. Emptied and tried to see if it was clogged but to no avail. Garbage. Going in the trash and I guess you get what you pay for. Do not purchase this. There is no adjustment for the amount of soap dispensed as well.

The lid on the soap storage is nearly impossible to open. The dispenser works fine but it is dispenses a HUGE amount of soap and the amount of soap dispensed cannot be adjusted. I would estimate it gives about 5 or 6 times as much soap as a person would need to wash their hands. Don't buy this one; get one that is adjustable. Works, would like a little less soap each time it dispenses, but works and I have no other issues.

Ugh I wanted to love this soap dispenser. In the beginning it didn’t dispense enough soap. Then out of nowhere it started to dispense too much (about 5x as much). A few days later it stopped working. It lasted me about a month before completely dying. I tried new batteries and no luck. Total waste of money. Don’t bother with this thing. Spend an extra $10 for an automatic soap dispenser that will last longer.
