Venison Ground Meat - 10 lb

Was expecting to receive ten 1lb packages (like the pictures suggest) but received two 5lb frozen blobs instead. Still..I can work around it. Just something to think about if you’re concerned about storage and portioning. Good venison, tho..will be ordering again. Packaging was good and product was still frozen solid when it arrived.

Bought this as part of my new homemade-dog food "hobby" (I have a picky, sensitive-stomach, allergy-ridden fur-ball). This is a dog who ate every 2-3 days over the past 4 years. He never misses a meal now! He loves the 'stew' that this makes! Perfect mix of lean to fat tissue for my needs! And packaging and delivery was amazing (which was a concern for me buying meat online). But, the shipping was fast and the product stayed completely frozen (there was still dry ice left over!). I just wish it was available more consistently since I need this every 4-6 weeks.

The option for patties was way too expensive so I chose these 1 lb packages which are just fine! The product is delish. My cat is on a very limited diet. He loves it, too! The last provider was awful with delivery. I'll order 20 lbs next time instead of 10!

I love game meat. I have nowhere to get it nearby where I live. This company is so reliable. I order and in 2-3 days I get it still nicely frozen.

I purchased this to make jerky out of. Upon receiving the package, it was all pretty much defrosted and in 4 blocks instead of the 10 - 1lb packs. I figured it was still cold, so it was probably still good, so I made one batch of jerky and it was pretty gross if I'm gonna be honest. It was my fault for getting the cheaper brand of venison I guess.

They did not send me what was shown in the photo. This meat is not lean at alll. It is not even cut and sealed into Pattie’s. The photo they provided looks like 95%lean meat. What they sent me looks like 80% lean meat. It looks like grain fed beef to me. This meat might be good for dogs, but it is definitely not up to human grade standards. This meat is good for dog food. Not humans.

Arrived quickly and frozen. High quality meat. 5 Times Never Disappointed.
