Coleman Mach 3 Plus Ez 13.5k Btu Air Conditioner - White

Delivery was great. It arrived in just a couple days. Due to its size it came on a special courier who made contact with me, by phone. and set up my delivery needs (well done). As for the unit, it was very well packed/ crated and attached to a pallet. Unit is easy to install as long as you have the means to put it on the roof. Fits your standard vent opening. ***NOTE ***Keep in mind, the inside cover and control panel is sold separately when your purchasing. That all installed easily as well. Turned it on after completion to hear and know it ran, however, i was nearing winter so the performance will be determined come spring. My only disappointment was the sound. I replaced a 22 yr old unit (that still worked, but was putting on a new roof so i wanted it new) and was hopping the new would be much quieter, but its not. Pleased to this point

Unit came via freight company. Shipping would have been super quick, but they were given an incorrect contact phone number so they couldn't call to confirm delivery which delay delivery time by 1 week. Unit is very easy to install. This is unit was an addition to the first unit. So I had to remove the old vent fan in the roof and install the unit in the 14" opening. The hardest part was getting all of the old lap sealant and butal tape off of the roof where the old vent fan was located. The whole process only took a few hours to install.

Bought this, used it twice without issue, the 3rd time went to use it and it wouldn’t cool. Can’t return it because it’s past the 30 days (of course) had an AC guy look at it and the compressor went out on it which will cost 400-500 to replace!! Never should have bought this JUNK!

Easy to install except the main power plug was fiddly..husband had to play with it a bit to get it to connect properly. You will need a thermostat and controller as this is only the main unit. This item is shipped freight, they will call you to arrange delivery. Received ours in 4 days.

We love the Coleman AC unit don't have to use coldest setting to efficiently cool our living quarters and rarely have to turn it to high to cool off the living quarters, even on the hottest days.

Easy to replace. Not as heavy as we expected so was easy for us older folks to get it up on our camper. Felt the temperature change immediately. Shipper used a great carrier to deliver it and that was very appreciative!

Have been trying to get someone to talk to their can answer does not work I need someone to come fix it I tell me how to get a new one

Wouldn’t cool at all, froze up.
