Because of crossfit training I keep my protein intake at a minimum of  0.75g/lb/day which for me is at around 115 grams. I'm also doing IF with 2 meals a day, each with about 50g, so I need about 20 more per day to hit my target. I can't stand the taste of protein supplements (bars or shakes) so I was pleased to find out about Mammoth Bars through some crossfit friends. I have one an hour before my workouts and the 2nd immediately after my workout, and they taste like I'm just eating normal food.

Love these bars - best ones on the market, in my opinion.

The bars come individually wrapped and in a box, just like in the description pictures. I’ve tried them both at room temp and straight out of the fridge, I’d say both taste equally as good. They’re pretty tasty so although I got them to have as pre-workout bars I have had a few just as a snack. My kids like them (the bars are sweet enough for them, but not too sweet for me) so that added flexibility of being able to use them as a snack for the family is nice as well. I’ll plan to buy again for sure.

These are my favorite! Just the perfect amount of cinnamon! They are great to take along on hikes or bike rides, small enough to fit in my pocket, but large enough to satisfy hunger. My kids love them too. We're hooked!

I'm on the road a lot for work and these bars make a great companion, especially when there aren't a lot of healthy options available.Pro tip- they're best after chilling in the fridge/cooler a bit
