Easy to install and functions perfectly.

Bought as temporary replacement while recovering from surgery and needed a wand attachment rather than regular shower head. Product was easy to install, was reasonably priced, no leaking, water stream adjustable. Would have been better if stream could be turned off at nozzle. Inspite of that, it has met all our needs.

I’m definitely pleased with this purchase. I understand why some people have found that it has kind of a weak spray compared to their older model they replaced. I discovered this too however I found a cure by googling this issue. There are several videos on YouTube about this issue. These newer models have flow restrictors built in for conservation purposes. If you watch the videos you’ll find that you can easily remove the flow restrictor in less than a minute. Once done this Waterpik Shower Head will work as well as your old one. The spray will be extremely powerful! All the spray settings work as they should. Installation was simple without even needing plumber’s tape. Just hand tighten the holder and the two hose ends and you should have no leaks whatsoever. I like the size and shape of the head and I’m satisfied with all the settings. I like the look of the white hose biting find it a little less flexible than the stainless one on my old shower head. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and do recommend it.

Does what it's supposed to do

This replaced the original shower sprayer which was replaced by a much fancier one that promised powerful spraying action. The new one is now being replaced with a new shower sprayer which is exactly like the one that was replaced. This shower sprayer offers powerful and fast water in a place where water pressure is already low. I cannot be without this shower system ever again. It lather a lot of soap in the shower and this makes the time in shower much faster, especially when I’m pressed for time to get to work. I will purchase again if I have to. Also, it was SUPER FAST delivery service which I was very pleased with from the seller. Brand new in the packaging.

Great shower head. Pro tip: the flow restrictor is in the shower holder. Remove the white filter plug and you can push out the blue restrictor plate. Discard both and enjoy full power showers.

The product arrived quickly and is exactly as pictured. I had issues after installation where no water would come out. I read the instructions and then I went to the website FAQ page. They all mentioned that the most common issue is that the old washer is still in the pipe. I was confident that I had removed it but I checked and it was still there. I removed the old washer and the water flowed without any issues. I have zero issues with water pressure. The two negatives is that the hand piece is made of smooth plastic and can be hard to hold in combination with the second negative, the hose does not have a spot to rotate and it is a strong, firm hose. I would recommend getting one with a better grip and with a hose that allows the shower head to rotate. Other than that this product is perfect. It is the cheapest model, you don't get all the bells and whistles. You get exactly what you paid for.

I have a Waterpik, just like this one, for years and like it. My Dad now needs help taking a shower and his showerhead wasn't working so I thought I would get him a handheld shower head right away since the last two times I had to use a cup to shower him. I was a little worried because some of the reviews made it sound like there was hardly any water pressure but this looks good to me. I personally don't like the water hitting me so it feels like needles and my Dad will appreciate it too. Sorry the video isn't very good against the pink wall but hopefully you will be able to see it's not just dribbling out like others made it sound like it did. No leaks! Took me no time to install it. I was already exhausted from the busy day with appointments and this didn't frustrate me at all, thank goodness. Only thing I wish is that it had at least another foot on the hose.

Ordered this as I have a waterpik flosser. So thought I’d give the shower head a try. Different settings. Jets are quite tame and soft so if you want something more powerful this probably won’t do it for you but for me it’s fine

This massage shower works very well, but I found another Waterpik massage shower that I like even better, so I ended up returning this one. They all "aim" a little high for my taste (and my partner's). And the inner nozzles that do the massage are aimed a little apart, diverging, and I prefer the PowerPulse model that has only two pulsing nozzles (rather than 3) and the pulsing streams are parallel, so the massage hammers a smaller spot harder. Obviously a matter of personal preference.

My favorite showerhead in the world, that I got for the 4th time to gift to my GF and she loves it too!!
