I bought this because I've been a soda addict most of my life and am now feeling the effects it's taken on my skin over the years..my skin was aging faster than it should have because of all the sugar in pop + other chemicals. I'm only 26 but it started started taking on this colorless, gray- look. Really unhealthy looking. My body was also showing signs of being dehydrated, so I researched green tea as I've heard that it's anti aging and also helps with metabolism, which is a plus. I've had this bottle for months but I stopped taking it daily because the last time I took it, it made throw up, so I figured my body couldn't handle it anymore. However, before that happened, I noticed I had energy. Pop made me feel sluggish, but giving up pop and taking this seemed to have reversed it. Now that I'm taking them again, I'm not hungry at all and the bloat I had before is now gone. But that could also be because I stopped drinking pop again as well. Either way, I think this works, so I'm gonna continue taking it in the hopes of seeing optimal results in every area this product claims.

The product seems to work, I'm losing weight, I have more energy, it has not effected my sleep as some said it might but it took a few weeks to see any results as with most herbal remedies, all in all I'm quite satisfied with my purchase and will buy it again.

Been taking this for 4/5 months have seen no change at all. I have lost no weight also have no extra energy. It doesn't seem to be working for me at all.

I have been taking green tea supplements for most of my adult life. Whenever I purchased this, I still had part of a bottle (of a different kind) that I had purchased at GNC. Well, I always fill my weekly pill container (supplements) on the weekends and I hadn't really paid attention to what day I switched over to this brand. I did notice an increase in energy and a decrease in appetite. My son had asked me to go on Amazon and order him some more protein powder. THAT was when I remembered ordering this and realized that the credit for the change in my energy and appetite goes to this Pure Green Tea Extract!! I am pretty active and usually lift weights 3 times a week, but since reaching my mid-40s to early 50s, I have noticed a decline in my metabolism. I am hoping that this will help me to achieve some weight loss, since it has increased my energy level and helped me NOT to eat as much. (It keeps me from getting hungry.) Another great thing about this product is having more energy WITHOUT the jittery side effects. I think it's a GREAT PRODUCT!!

this did absolutely nothing for me. I felt no different, lost/gained no weight, ate no more or no less, it was totally useless for me.Just for reference: i am and have been on a low/pretty much no carb, pretty well balanced diet. I take daily vitamins and excessive 2-3 days per week. I have been steadily losing one to two pounds per week. These pills didn't change a thing.

A very wonderful product which I love very much. I am very sensitive to caffeine, yet I like food to be natural( not going through too much procedures to make it un-natural.) So that I will not choose the Deca-version of it. It is really amazing that this product is very gentle and I didn't have my usual reaction to the caffeine.It keeps me more awake than usual in a mild & nice way. I was taking once a day. However, after a week, my body told me that I needed more rest. Since then, I have been taking a capsule every other day and it works great. I definitely will buy again. Love to see the good sellers who provide the wonderful products.

pretty weak- tried to use these for a preworkout, took 2 and then drank a water-soluble creating drink 30 mins before the gym- very little boost. it's basically double what my Pure Pump pre-workout supplement contains but fell flat when it came to any sort of energy boost. would probably not buy again

I have just began adding this supplement into my diet. I am unable to provide a clear response as to what the supplement is having, but I am not seeing any adverse affects. I bought it because I felt it would enhance what I am currently taking in supplements.
