Now, I had some problems with a Vitafusion gummy vitamin in the past, because of the high sugar content. I was a little hesitant to order it since it didn't list the ingredients. But, it did say sugar free, so decided to give it a try. If I was someone debating over getting this product, here are some things I would want to know. The taste is really nice - I didn't actually expect such a fruity flavor, but it is there. It must be the xylitol they use to sweeten. There are three flavors, and they are all tasty. The bottle listed them as peach, strawberry and berry. I can't comment yet on the actual fiber part of them or how successfully they might work on that, since I've only had them a short time. I will say that shipment was fast, and I received a fresh, sealed product in great condition. I was also surprised by the actual vitamin content of this item. These are good for you! A serving size is listed as 2 pieces. The daily suggested serving is just those two pieces. (I always look, since some have really low calories per serving size, but they want you to take it three times a day! Just once a day, two pieces, with this item.) Calories - 10 (not bad); Ttl Carbs 6g; Fiber 5g; (Net carbs 1 - not bad!) Niacin 50% RDA; Vit B6 100% RDA; Folic Acid 100% RDA; Vit B-12 200% RDA; Biotin 25% RDA; Pantothenic acid 100%. Ingredients are listed as follows (not sure why they don't list it in the Amazon listing): Polydextrose, xylitol, gelatin, natural flavors, malic acid, colors (black carrot juice extract, carrot and blueberry juices, annatto extract), sucralose, fractionated coconut oil and beeswax. Contains NO wheat gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts or soy. The item is recommended only for people 18 and up, NOT for children or tweens. So, if you have kids, or grandchildren that come to visit, then keep these out of reach! The bottle is sturdy and opens easily. (I don't like the ones you have to push and twist!) I have dental problems and can't chew really hard things or crunchy things, and have a hard time swallowing pills. So, I approach all chewables with a little caution. (I tried some other fiber tablets that were so hard, I couldn't chew them at all. Even trying to let them dissolve (in my mouth) did nothing. They were rocks in a tube! What you can't get down can't help you.) These, however, were easy even for me to chew - soft, not sticky, flavorful and easy to take. I was wondering where the weight management part came in as opposed to the other fiber gummies. Since the ingredients and nutrition info are not listed in detail here on Amazon, I went with this one. It states on the back of the package that the "weight management" part is due to fiber keeping you feeling full longer so you might eat less, and the B vitamins added will help you sustain energy levels. So, the extra buck (vs the fiber gummies by the same company NOT listed as weight mgmt) went to B vitamins. If you already take a multi vitamin or have adequate Vitamin B intake, then you might not need these over the other gummies. However, I can use the extra B's, so will gladly take them for now. Should the price become significantly different, then I'll go for the fiber-only tabs. I wish the cost was a little lower, but all in all, very happy with this item so far. I'll let y'all know about the actual fiber part! LOL! UPDATE - they are working! Won't get into too much detail, but if you are looking at fiber tablets, it's a pretty safe bet you have concerns in the colon area too. Let's just say that I was one of those who needed a calendar to chart a BM - it was always feast or famine in that area. So far, this is actually keeping things moving along like a normal person might experience. They taste so good, I have a hard time not taking more than needed, although it might take a lot for me... positively thrilled with my purchase. Be sure to drink liquids of some kind with them. If you don't, they will leave a "fuzzy" feeling in your mouth, and can't possibly be good for your esophagus either. (I tried to just nab them a couple times, and drink later. It just isn't a good idea.) It is just common sense to drink something after any supplement or pill, but especially important with fiber-related pills. I found that my "magic number" seems to be six of these. So, every other day or so, I'll have six of them just to make sure. I would guess it depends on your personal metabolism, but while the two-per-day was okay and did help, it took six for things to be how I imagine "normal" folks already live life! ; ) Thank you, Vitafusion, for a great and useful product!

Taste great, and do work very well. Just don't panic, it might take a day or two to kick in in the very vbeginning. Chew a lot do not swallow chunks, it might interupt the digestion. And add an extra 500ml of water on top of your daily water when you eat these. the increased fiver requires more fluids, so don't miss that vital point.

I like these dummies they're just not very chewable that makes sense. You have to chew for a really long time to get them to be swallowable and even then you're swallowing big pieces instead of small. I guess I'm saying they don't disintegrate very easily. Beyond that the flavor is great the price is amazing and the fiber content is exactly where you want it to be.

I take these daily due to medication causing constipation. They are the best daily fiber I have found that doesn’t taste horrible or have disgusting texture. The only drawback is they cause me to be a little gassy but that is much better than the alternative.

Though I eat piles of fruits and veggies on a daily basis at home, my intake for some reason drops when I travel. I find it hard to find fresh fruit on the go. I now travel with these. They taste perfectly fine and I vastly prefer it to Metamucil.

On time and same fulfillment as last time.

Didn't notice much fiber activity as I do when taking a powder type fiber product. Taste is decent but they are a little dense in texture. I probably will not repurchase.
