Deer Corn Brick Feeder

Bought 3 and a tree hanger. The deer I have coming in never touched it on the hanger. Took brick off of hanger and broke up. The deer and turkey never touched it. I thought with the temperature being below freezing ,in AL, they would eat it, but no. It has been out for weeks and the deer eat around it. Waste of money. 2 bricks left. Maybe the pigs will come along and eat it. They will eat anything!!

Deer didn't touch it. They simply walked past it. I can't explain why. You would think Deer would love this with the corn and Apple. The raccoons in the area loved it though. Heck, I loved the smell myself. Weird.*Disclaimer: This was used in the back woods of central PA where the deer might not be used to those particular scents.

It smells edible. I had deer on my game camera that paid it no mind and went to eat some brush right next to it instead. Maybe the smell brought the deer in, but I didn't see them eating it. I also had the Himalayan rock salt hanging right next to it so that might have brought the deer it too, not sure. There were two deer and neither paid attention to the salt or the corn brick. I did see a squirrel enjoy it though. Also, I left it out in the metal tin it comes in and then it rained...the next day the stuff had turned into a loose pile of goo that I couldn't put into the salt block holder that I had just bought. Maybe from sitting in water all night it got gooey. I can't say if that would have happened if it hadn't been in the metal tin and the water had been able to run off and away from it. I might buy another one, not sure.

Deer like it.

I have to say I like it. Deer didn't get much of a chance to use it the rabbits killed it.

Gone in 1 day!

Just got my mad buck corn brick in apple scent. It has a great smell and I can't wait to try and bait some hogs with it. I'll find out how well it works in a week or two.
