Ariake Tonkotsu Flavour Ramen Soup, 1 kg

I went to Japan in 2016 and again in 2019 - tonkotsu ramen became my ramen broth of choice, and I thought I'd give this product a go. Adding water means you can have less for a stronger broth, or more for a weaker one depending on your preference. As a first attempt with an improvised amount of soy sauce / sesame oil and ginger for flavour, and some pork belly from the supermarket, it turned out great and was very authentic.I'll probably divide up this whole pack into smaller food bags so I can keep them in the freezer - should make the whole lot last longer as I just throw one portion at a time into a pot to prepare when I want to.

This stuff is a bit expensive but I got about 30 bowls of ramen out of it. I partitioned it into smaller bags and froze them.However, it took all my willpower not to eat the whole bag as soon as I opened it.Soooooo tasty.

Good quality

This makes every noodle a good noodle! I can drink this stuff on its own it's that good.

Really really super product. I can eat this every day.
