Hasbro Gaming Monopoly Avengers Board Game, 2 Players, Ages 8+

Im a big monopoly fan, got this and its wicked! I like that the 4 spaces that are usually transport are different it adds something bew to the game which is fun! The marvel character pieces are excellent quality too! And a good variety of player pieces to choose from! Only one thing i fault is that the box is terrible inside, no plastic slots to hold money and cards its just one small cardboard box inside with the stuff in packets the inside really lets it down but i use the insert of another monopoly game. Still great game tho!

I’m so happy with this. It arrived over a week earlier than expected and is a really good board game. The pieces are made of metal which adds to the quality of it. When it arrived the box was a little scuffed (see photo). But it’s tiny and only on the box, so I won’t lose any sleep over it. All things considered, I’m very happy.

Really good quality and a fun take on the usual Monopoly.. my one and only gripe is that there isn't a bankers tray to put ur money/cards into while ur playing.. we ended up borrowing one from the regular Monopoly game.. but other than that.. perfect..

Must for any Avengers fan. As a monopoly fan myself I was dubious about yet another version, but my daughter is mad on the Avengers so it was a good Christmas choice. The basics of the game are the same, but the twists make it far more a game of chance rather than all strategy. For example, stations are replaced with battles - you roll the dice to beat the villan and only pay a penalty if you lose. The alternative "Community Chest" and "Chance" cards involve a mix of traditional fees and bonuses, with 2 new options. One is where all players are penalised and another is rolling a dice to determine if you gain or lose money. You don't need to be an Avengers fan to play, but it will thrill anyone who is.

Haven't actually played this yet, but had a few rounds around the board. One thing I definitely did not like was the packaging which the tokens come in, because my goodness did they take some getting out. So why buy this if I have a load of other monopoly sets? It has heroes and villains instead of properties, which you recruit? (Buy) or sideline (Mortgage) Instead of the utilities you have Black Panther and Winter Soldier, and in place of railroads which is a money maker if you have all four, you have a Child of Thanos. They are numbered 1 through to 4. Land on these and you will roll one die for your token, and a subsequent roll for each Hero card you have. For example if you land on Iron Spider and recruit him, and why not, he is cool?, then land on the first child of Thanos you will get two attemps to match their number, in this case 1. If you roll a 1, then you escape the battle and roll again. This is one of the game changers, because if you fail to roll the corresponding number, you pay 200 to the bank. The tax squares are the same 200 / 100 respectively. Chance cards are replaced by Stark Industries cards, and are practically identical to your regular set. However another game changer are the gauntlet cards. What happens to you is decided by the roll of one die. A really mean example is if you roll an odd number you pay 100 to the bank, or roll an even number and pay 200 to the bank (or of course vice versa), so baiscally if you pick that card you are going to lose money. Regarding the money, it's nothing flash. Each denomination simply has tge Avengers A on it. Again, why couldn't they put a character on it i stead (like Rocket Raccoon on the 50's etc) Thats neither here nor there though. So it's got promise. Looking forward to playing a full game. NB. My brother and I played it this afternoon (12 December) I may be bias because I won (why shouldn't I, it's my game lol) but I think it rocks.

Great version of Monopoly. Tweaks to the original rules make it different and a good addition to the board game collection.

Ware kam in perfektem Zustand an. Die Lieferzeit erschreckt erst einmal,allerdings wenn man dann sieht woher es kommt,in meinem Fall aus New Jersey (US) dann ist es in Ordnung. An sich wurde geliefert was und auch wie es beschrieben wurde.

Excelente monopoly me encantó el diseño esta padrisimo, yo no me considero fan del universo de marvel, más bien alguien casual, pero esta versión está muy bien hecha, las figuras de metal son varias para escoger, el juego en sí es el clásico monopoly con unas pequeñas variantes que lo hacen muy divertido, cabe destacar que el juego está en Inglés, la caja me llegó bien sin daños, tenia ese olor a juego nuevo, totalmente recomendado sobretodo si te gustan estas películas, vale cada centavo

We love this version of monopoly ! Super nice packaging .. so awesome that there are so many playing pieces ! Great gift item for an avengers fan ! Was for my son who loves the Avengers and monopoly was a big hit in my house !

Plays like the orginal Monopoly with a few fun differences. Great references to the MCU and recommend it!!
